The #1 Verizon store is at Pittsford Plaza & see Jonathan or Vince or any staff member for the best service & money-saving deals!! I suggest FIBER OPTICS setup from this store to save tons of money!!
No longer a corporate store The sales associate messed up my order and tried to gaslight me into saying it was my mistake. To charge me a $70 restocking fee for a phone I had not left the premises with. At this point if you live in Rochester, I suggest leaving Verizon. The corporate locations are just as bad as the authorized retailers.

Wow! Where do I begin! This company is the worst ever. Salespeople are slippery. They'll tell you one thing and do another!! Customer service is horrendous!!! Never ever go back. Looking to leave and go somewhere else!!
