These guys have moved on from the "free tablet scam" (where they give you a $70 android tablet and forget to tell you they've signed you up for 3 years of cell service for the tablet at $20/mo) to the "$200 Apple watch scam" where they take your existing apple watch, upgrade you to the latest and greatest for $200, and forget to tell you they signed you up for 3 years of cellular service for the watch at $20/mo plus taxes. Worst experience of my years of cell phone use. Greeted with the usual canned what brings you in today. Explained that I needed new phone as my back screen cracked as was usual for this particular make and model. Greeted with well you know they all have glass and will crack. I was informed I did not have insurance. ( I do) and would have to pay the remaining amt due. And with fees wit would be c amt .
