I was lied to by workers at this location. Brought my Pixel 9 Pro in as it was having constant restart issues that could no be fixed with multiple replacement phones (have insurance). Nobody (Verizon, Google) could pinpoint the issue. The Pittsford location offered a "thinking out of the box" solution of adding a new line through a new promotion that offered a free line along with a new phone (Pixel 10). I was so frustrated with Verizon, I was ready to deactivate and move on. I went into this store today and was helped by Brandon. He got me a decent deal on a new phone and spent hours helping me get mine and my daughter's phones set up. He was patient, kind and knowledgeable. Good customer service is not what it is to be but Brandon definitely rectified all of the crap I've been dealing with all week with Verizon's online/ phone customer service. Always get service immediately when you walk in. Last time I was in they helped me transfer my data from my old phone to my new phone and put my screen protector on for me. They went above and beyond to replace the screen protector for free because it was broken when I opened the box. Would highly recommend this location.

If you're dealing with a complex issue or need someone who truly understands Verizon’s products and services, look elsewhere. The representative I interacted with lacked basic problem-solving skills and logical reasoning. Mistakes happen—but instead of owning it, they doubled down by being dismissive and demeaning. Completely unacceptable. I’ll be filing an official complaint with Verizon.

Beware of dealing with Verizon in Pittsford. My daughter went in to get more expensive iPhone with more storage as hers ran out. Jay took a lazy shortcut and did not plug both phones in to sinc her phone. He had her buy more iCloud storage and when it started working he said she can go and it will continue. He took her phone and only certain apps transferred. She went back twice and then was told he did sinc different way and it didn't work. Old phone was erased and everything on phone is gone.
