Absolutely awful staff. Would not even let me speak and continued to say the same things over and over again even though the issue they were addressing was not the issue I was experiencing. Put me on hold and never can back to the call. Would not even provide the insurance protection information that I pay for each month when requested, they could not even hear me ask for it because they would I not allow me to speak. Staff refused to provide the information needed to repair a phone. Asked for a manager was left on hold for over 30 minutes and then hung up on.

This store is a JOKE, the disrespect from not only the assistant manager "Davis" to the workers themselves is highly unprofessional. I just moved here from another state. I was told about a promotions for a "Free" phone, tablet ,and watch if I made another today. Of course, I asked more questions about it ,because I have a tablet , I was told that the phone and watch was free, with a price tag of 0$. Call customer service instead of going into this store, they don’t know what they are doing in this store completely messed up my account. I went in to return new phone and reactivate an old phone I had paid off. They put the old phone on payment plan made it seem like I exchanged phone instead of doing return they are busy and they don’t care about your account just getting to next customer I will never go through them again been on phone for over an hour trying to clear up billing. They need better training
