Went to return a device and the tall gentleman with dreads or braids was on the phone the entire time he was “trying” to assist me. I can’t remember if he was either on his watch, phone or using pods but I do know that I could heard the other “gentleman” on the line. Please do not go to this store! I wish i could rate 0 because even 1 star is too high of a rating for this place. The mcdonough "store" holds no integrity and it's very obvious the only thing the employees of this establishment care about is making a few extra dollars by decieving customers. We were told so many things that were not true and we were signed into a binding contract based on false information. I had a fantastic experience at this Verizon location, especially thanks to Abby! She was incredibly personable and delivered outstanding customer service. She addressed all my needs quickly and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable
Absolutely awful staff. Would not even let me speak and continued to say the same things over and over again even though the issue they were addressing was not the issue I was experiencing. Put me on hold and never can back to the call. Would not even provide the insurance protection information that I pay for each month when requested, they could not even hear me ask for it because they would I not allow me to speak. Staff refused to provide the information needed to repair a phone. Asked for a manager was left on hold for over 30 minutes and then hung up on.
