Location sold me Home Internet under false information. 5G Home Internet is not available in my area which store sales rep claimed it was. Speeds were no where close to what was discussed and now I'm waiting behind 7 other people to return a device sold under false information. I recommend seeking more knowledgeable service at other locations

Tory will must definitely get you right. He know his job well. He is very friendly and professional. Beware ladies that smile is to die for so you might buying stuff you ready don't need. The wait time in the store is longer than usual.

I experienced a service outage with Verizon for approximately 24 hours. When I visited the Jonesboro Road location, I was told the outage was affecting everyone in the area. However, after going to AT&T, my service worked perfectly without any issues, which made the explanation I received seem inaccurate. In addition, the employees at the store instructed me to contact customer service myself rather than assisting with resolving the issue. I came into the store looking to switch phone providers, and Kanin Gray was the gentleman who assisted me. He was outstanding throughout the entire process and made sure I didn't leave until my phone was fully activated and everything was set up correctly.
