Artiese and boochi are awesome!!! Helped my grandmother out when she really needed the help. I really appreciate you guys helping her out with her phone issue. She is very happy and we’re happy yall helped her.
Met a manager by the name of “Jasmine” who thought it was okay to joke about me & someone else shooting her through the door today! She was also incredibly irate and rude during the entire interaction. Claiming “today is not the day” and that she can do as she pleases as well as us. To make it worse she is on video in the later half of the interaction still seen walking around the store making false claims. TERRIBLE REPRESENTATION OF MANAGEMENT.

Went into the store to see about replacing my phone. Unfortunately they couldnt help due to my phone being part of the business plan from my company. The rep looked my number up and told me the account was locked for him. He was willing to help but couldnt.
Kanin was my rep. I had a great experience with him. He was extremely patient, kind, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all of my questions were answered. Excellent customer service—I truly appreciate his help!
