Went to the store Monday October 13th. They said I had to contact customer service myself to initiate the process of splitting accounts. Took forever to talk to connect to any service agents. And no one really checked on me after going through and talking to more service agents after 45 minutes. Wasted my time no help whatsoever from the staff.
