Definitely the only woman who was attending has no empathy, much less is she trained for customer service. I just needed her to help me with my SIM card and she asked me to be added to the account, okay I did it later that I needed my ID they were just excuses not to do her job. When she made me wait an hour for them to attend to me 2 weeks ago I had my baby and I had to make an effort to go and solve however she made me have a bad day with his bad attitude.
I would avoid this store if you want to be treated kindly. The Sunday crew was rude, disrespectful, and just wanted to make a sale, even after I told them not interested in that service. If you want a good customer service experience avoid this location. The employees have no empathy and need a lot more training on proper customer service!
