Switched from T-Mobile to Verizon not too long ago with my family. I even purchased a new phone from Verizon. They had me pull it out of the package in store to make sure the transfer went smoothly. The person who helped me at first said it would take up to 24hrs. Well it never switched over, everyday I’ve been calling the help number it lists to get it transferred over but they are no help each time.
