Jonathan was awesome got me uo and running in less than 20 minutes. I had been to 2 stores before that and no one else was able to help me. Great service!

I choose 3 stars because it's hit and miss. My advice, don't sign up on line. Worst experience. Didn't get the phone we ordered but have to live with the one we got to avoid a restocking fee. Things added to the bill without being mentioned to us. Programs that we don't even need but get to pay extra for. We were not told that we were entering a contract. Then we didn't even get or service turned on but we have to pay for service we didn't have. With that said, Dawson at the Fayetteville location on Shiloh deserves 50 stars.... read more

Dealt with the lady with long black hair. She was incredibly rude and not helpful at all. Told us that we had to do things by ourselves which is fine but wouldn’t tell us how to do it or how to send in our phones even though we already have our new ones. She was terrible.
