What a breath of fresh air! After dealing with another Verizon store that tried to convince me a free upgrade meant paying $500 and adding things I didn’t want, I came to the Foothills location. Night and day difference. Huge thank you to the Foothills staff for restoring my faith in Verizon. If you want things done right the first time, skip the hassle elsewhere and come here.
I had a billing issue being charged for three extra lines that I thought were canceled when I got new lines at a local authorized dealer at Council tree. So I stopped by this corporate Verizon and they were no help in giving me to fix the bill. In fact, they didn't even make a note in my account that I stopped by. For some reason they want you to be good at working at Verizon? When I go in store I expect to be helped as a customer, not told “you can do it on the app”. Once again I do not or ever want to work for Verizon. I give you money and provide services.
The employee offered me $200 less for my iphone (I went online and received $600 whereas he offered me $400), and wanted to charge me $30 to transfer photos etc to new phone. Wow! Not doing business here again!
