Rude Customer Service Rep experience at this location after driving over to the physical spot due to the online portal being a dumpster fire. It won't allow you to speak with a human or even a live chat. Cancelling service as soon as possible.
UPDATED REVIEW 3/17/26): We are now going on almost 6 months since we ported numbers over from another carrier and sent in our 3 iphones to Verizon. They have confirmed that they received our phones months ago. We were originally told that we would get a Visa card to use to pay off the phones at our previous carrier. After we signed up, they told us they couldn't give us the card because it's a business account. They wouldn't budge and honor what we were told. My experience with phone stores and sales associates in the past have been nothing but tedious and stressful. Today I had probably the best walk-in and walk-out I’ve ever had at a phone store. Julian was incredibly professional, got me a new phone and plan within my budget and had me out of the store in roughly a half hour.
