I would like to publicly thank the manager and team at this location for helping me sort out and restore an issue I had with SIM card swapping. I had been trying to get it resolved for days over the phone and in person at other locations. This team and the manager, I think his name is John, stuck with me until the issue was resolved and my phone restored. Thanks so much John!!
Went in to trade in my phone and the guy who helped me was great up until I got a call the next day and was told they needed my trade in when I was told I had 30days brought it back and they couldn't even find it in the system I think at & t may be the way to go
