I posted a 1-star review a few months ago and really hoped I'd be able to come back and say that Verizon worked with us to help us with our issue. Be very wary of anything you are told in the store when signing up for service. As the customer, we believed what three different employees told us about a refund card to go and pay off our old phones at our old provider. That was what we expected. Literally horrible place . Don’t go here.
Employees Shem and Blane were extremely rude, I was explaining that my FaceTime did not work and they proceeded to argue that it was my camera and that they couldn’t fix it, I tried explaining that it was also my messages and after being told to call tech I said okay I will go somewhere else, Blane proceeded to tell me that if I would listen no other provider could help me. A lovely employee Julian came over listened to what was actually wrong with my phone and fixed the problem.
Wonderful experience! Thank you John and crew for being kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. You guys are the best! Excellent customer service.
