Employees are either poorly trained or grossly incompetent. We left incredibly frustrated after more than 30 minutes
these guys were highly unhelpful and unwilling to help resolve my isssues. Yes it was a system issue on their own end. The manager decided to take no futher stoed or actions to get this resolved. Verizon customer support suggested I should tell them to go this route. I told verizon they should be the ones doing checks and training with their stores.
