Ask for one of the managers Michael H. He’s very professional and knows his stuff. Leaps and bounds better than past management i have dealt with at this location.
I felt so uncomfortable in this store. The man who helped me told me his name is Nick, and he kept making weird comments about my outfit and asking what I was doing after. I just wanted to update my phone and felt super unsafe. I’m switching to AT&T after this interaction alone.
