No service. Updated our plan and upgraded our phones over the phone with Verizon. Store pickup. When we got there we were directed to get them out of lockers and "unfortunately we cannot help you with anything unless you pay us $55". There were no customers and several employees standing around. I expressed my disappointment and was told that if we had purchased the phones and home wifi from them, they would've helped us with setting up the new equipment, data transfer etc. Very odd, it's Verizon but not really 🤔. We went in to work on getting a new phone for my mom, we had an idea of what we wanted and went in for a specific deal. We were the first into the store after opening. After finding out we missed the deal by one day, they informed us they could "do nothing in store" and had us get called by Verizon (the wrong department) and then promptly left to go help someone else.
