Our salesman was fine but his back up (who gave us the phone after purchase) was disrespectful and rude. There must not be any commission for being helpful and kind. We will not return.

Garbage. Hayden was highly unhelpful. Told us we needed to call Verizon and add the new line we needed online. He showed zero motivation to help. Went back to add an iPad the next day (after a cumulative 7 hours on the phone with Verizon), and the other rep who I don’t know the name quoted us 50% more for the iPad and $20 a month more than what was listed online. Verizon sucked on my purchase of an Apple Watch. They did not have it in stock at either Verizon locations. I ordered on line. I spent two hours trying to pair my watch because of a Verizon issue. There was no return label. I tried returning my old watch to one store. They said to return to the other store. The other store said to take it ups and refuse the shipment. I’m losing faith in Verizon and their retail store customer service.
