While I LOVE our Verizon service and phones, the customer service at this location is appalling. I will drive to literally any surrounding town with a storefront before setting foot here again. We made an appointment and checked in as directed. After waiting 30 minutes beyond our appointment time, we were told we were still “last on the list”, after walk-in’s. Sadly, this isn’t the first bad experience, but it will be the last.
