Bad customer service.
Good service
Was some wait time in the beginning but overall my experience was good. I left my phone on top of my car and the semi truck behind ran it over. And the ladies here got me hooked up with a new phone and got me going. Thank you ladies.
I came into this store to get my phone activated after an Apple Store repair. I spent HOURS in an Austin Verizon store and on the phone with customer service, tech coaches, and the fraud department trying to get this done. No one was able to help. The worst experience I have ever had at a Verizon store. Techs are inexperienced, and we're unable to resolve simple issues. Not enough product in store. As in the guy told me they didn't have screen protectors for a 25+ Staff have no idea when shelves are restocked. Im told I can't have a phone delivered to the store for instore pickup. I am livid. It felt as though they didn't want to have any customers in store.
