Carson, Carson, CARSON at this store was simply amazing! He has a great personality and excellent customer service skills. My sister has to get a new phone, and he patiently worked with her and provide several options to her. Not once was he pushy or bothered (at least he didn’t show it) by our many questions. We had to leave quickly and he offered to keep the phones in the back safe and secured while the old data was transferred to the new phone. 4 days later, we returned to the same store with a different problem (& differ... read more

Probably one of the worst phone retailers and providers in the area, it took 5 trips to the store just for a transfer pin. They brush off elderly customers and are not professional in the slightest, and the cherry on top the person who “helped us” gave us the wrong number for the transfer and sent the transfer link to a flip phone. In conclusion save your money, go somewhere else where the people actually care and have a nice day 😊

Horrible experience at this verizon store. I switched from ATT and that was a mistake!. At this Verizon store, I was told half truths, lies, and not told about extra charges. I was told originally that if I brought in my ATT bill, Verizon would match it. Lie: NOT even close! They took pictures of my ATT bill, and in the end my VERIZON bill was TRIPLE what I was paying at ATT! (When I questioned the high bill, I was told I could get $10 off for automated billing. Ah, the catch….but only if I gave Verizon access to my bank acc... read more
