Im so unhappy with my service, mobile and customer. I cant get ahold of anybody about a random charge of an extra 20 dollars bringing my bill to 286. Wild. I wish I never switched. T mobile wasnt THIS bad.

Customer service is poor and you will wait on them instead of them waiting on you. The lady with the curly hair should be fired. Left the store and went to Killeen store and my son was able to get a new phone in less than 10 minutes.

Update on using Verizon and getting help from the employees at this store. After two years of dealing with Verizon , having dropped calls almost every time I talk. When the call is dropped no one can call in our out for about 60 seconds. Spending at least 20 hours on the phone with Verizon to fix this and going in to this store about a dozen times, I have finally done what I should have done over a year ago and that is to DUMP VERIZON and switch to T MOBLE. I came into this Verizon store after checking my account online and seeing that I had a free upgrade available. When I got there, I was told I did NOT have an upgrade and that my only options were to trade in my phone for $1000 credit or buy a new one and be locked into a 3-year payment plan. That was a lie, because my account clearly showed I was eligible for an upgrade. Three weeks before this i was in the store and told i had the upgrade.
