Do not come to this store! They limit your trade in, their deal is no where near the online deals and promos then when you go to do it online they have messed up our account and made it so we can't get the online deal we had just seen the same day. Absolutely ridiculous!
Hi, my new Galaxy fold 7 turned out to be defective. Had to trade it in for way different phone. Doesn't fold out. It's weird. But that's life. Took forever in the store. Way way wayyyyy too long.
Always a Fantastic Team to work with! For over 15 years, I’ve been a very happy Verizon customer and conducted all my services here at this store because of their friendly and brilliant customer service. The equipment is the exact same in every Verizon store but not the people who go out of their way to present, explain, and troubleshoot the customers concerns. No accountability, not helpful and customer satisfaction is not top of mind. They just want to sell you a new phone. I’ve been given the runaround for almost 2 months now and finally gave up. If you need help with anything with this store, you would be better off getting a new phone service. It would be less of a hassle.
