I came in to switch from T-Mobile to Verizon, they checked my cells and said they aren't locked to T-Mobile and started their Verizon cellular network on my cells, only to say "whoopsie, they actually are locked to T-Mobile, you won't have any cellular service on your cells now and you have to go back to T-Mobile to fix it. Oh. And there's a code you need to give T-Mobile to make that happen, but we're not going to tell you that before you leave." I am absolutely livid. How utterly irresponsible and incompetent.
