The Verizon Agent in chat is refusing to help me with my internet issue after they told me my Internet Service was hacked. Verizon told me I was a victim of unauthorized MAC Bridging and IP Address Hijacking. All of my search results are coming back to the hackers location at El Prado Estates RV Park in Yuma, AZ. Verizon will not cooperate with Law Enforcement to stop the person hacking Verizon customers.

During a normal phone upgrade, an incorrect shipping address caused a major glitch in the Verizon computer system. The associates at this Boston Road store Alyssa and Kiddy were excellent in navigating the corporate shipping issue and logistics to unlock the account and get my employee the upgrade that he needed. Both ladies were very knowledgeable, helpful and polite. I highly recommend this Verizon store
Went into the store and was greeted by a young man who was speaking with me. He never told me his name. All of a sudden, a lady cane out. He walked towards her. I was left standing there. I went over to another employee who offered to help me. I told the second employee that she, the lady, was ill-mannered. She then decided to shout at me telling me she just needed him for a moment.
