I can't thank the team (Matt) at the Boston Road Verizon enough for going above and beyond expectations! Our phones were hacked and fortunately for one of us it was a fairly straightforward work around but for the other, a fairly complicated process! He worked tirelessly to get the situation corrected and my phone number back. He also wants able to get the higher level corporate fraud division involved in this case to get the job done in an incredibly short amount of time, (as the original quote was 3-30 days). Alyssa, Matthew and Jeff assisted in getting myself and my parents brand new phones with great upgrades. They were very welcoming, knowledgeable, efficient and patient with any questions we had. This is a great location that we will definitely return to for future products and assistance.
