Stay away from this store! Some low life opened an account on my name ordered phones online and picked those up in person. Obviously no ID check, store policy was not followed clearly and I’m left to deal with the mess. Verizon fraud department is a joke they are the real frauds and should be investigated. After police reports and getting the attorney general involved is when they “found me not responsible”. 2 months later Verizon sends me to collections and my credit takes 120 point hit. Thanks VZ. Hello, This Verizon on Boston Rd. In Spfld. Is very helpful, and knowledgeable. Husband had a issue with a Ad that was constantly opening, and it was hard to close it or get rid of it ! In and out within 10 minutes. He was very impressed.
