Normally this is a great store but today an employee named Lindsey was absolutely out of line rude to customers. Totally unacceptable. They should have fired her on the spot.
They fixed my SIM card issue. So I feel they deserve 5 stars.
I went into get a new phone. Jennifer the representative helped my out and did an excellent job, despite bring new she is very skilled. My only issue is that it shouldn't take over 2 hours to do that. I've been with Verizon a very long time. Corporate should hire more staff and fix the ability to transfer to one phone to the other faster. They are losing money. People come for the customer service. You can get a phone and plan anywhere. Repeat customers are were the money is at. Word of mouth is far better advertising.
Long wait. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly.
