We're having poor 5G reception in the area and actually switches the 4G and tech support told me to go to the store the store said no one has complained about it and told me to call tech support. It's a never-ending Circle
Justin took care of me and he was great. It was a very involved process and he handled it with expertise. I would recommend him anytime.
Had to go to Dover store after the Rehoboth Beach Verizon would not assist in filing a claim for a new phone after mine was damaged. Justin at Dover store was so friendly and helpful! I am a long time customer of Verizon and particularly the Rehoboth store but no more. I will make the drive to get the service !
If you ever need help at Verizon ask for Kyle .... from the time I walked in the door he was patient and kind...most of all he helped me resolve my issue
