Getting iPhone 17
Had to travel to a corporate store and Stefon helped assist me. He is an amazing employee, very helpful and knowledgeable! I had a rough couple of days without a phone and going back and forth with customer service. Stefon made the rest of the process very smooth and completed everything quickly. I was very impressed. Went in to turn my trades and dealt with Gustavo. Not a great transaction. Very argumentative and basically refused to help find a solution with trading in my phone. would only do my watch. This is why i stick to doing things online. Every time you have to go to a store. There is a problem.
False advertising and There’s no way to get ahold of the actual Verizon store. I Was on the phone with the secondary Verizon helper abby(who was very wonderful) for over 2hours and she couldn’t even get ahold of the Verizon store. It’s very inconvenient when I can’t pick up my new iPhone when it stated on the website that it will be ready to pick up today.
