Justin is by far the BEST customer service representative I've ever met in my life. Not only did he sit me down and made sure we got the best deal. He assisted me on a account transfer that I was on hold for 1 hour already and transfered to 6 other representatives. He set me up and made me feel taken care of and if I could give 6 stars I would. Thank you Justin and keep up the hard work.

I’m huge on customer service. When I walk into somewhere, I expect to be asked if I need help. Employees shouldn’t be pointing fingers at each other to see whose turn it is to do your job, I mean I didn’t ask you to work there, or quite frankly to work that day. All I had to do was pay a bill, which there is a kiosk thank god for that. Other than that paying my bill was very easy and seems to be very efficient. It doesn’t give change though, so keep that in mind your account will be credited.

I've been with Verizon for 18 years. I typically only visit this store for all my needs. Recently I visited this store for a problem I was having and the rep was very rude. The rep resolved my issue, but it was hard to ignore their unprofessionalism. This location typically is very friendly and knowledgeable. Don't let one bad apple ruin customers experience Verizon.
