Damien was a great help, got me taken care of in no time and was very kind and polite.
The employee,Curtis, was very helpful. He had me set up in my new phone in about 30 minutes and on my way. Would recommend him to anyone who needs help.
I added a line for 83 year sister in Texas. She was bringing her line from T-Mobile so it was hard to imagine her being able to do this over the phone. Then we met Cooper at the Verizon store, what a pro. He got on the phone with my sister and took her through step by step what needed to be done. He was so patient and so caring. His mother should be as proud of him as I'm sure Verizon is. If you need great cellular service Verizon is the answer and oh by the way they throw in people like Cooper to make it easy.
