We checked the website and arrive tonight at 6:23 PM. Don’t know her name - tall slim, gum smacking woman with a tablet on a leash told us your store is appointment only. That she didn’t have enough staff with two customers in the store and no idea how long they would take. We watched both of those customers walk out in less than eight minutes. Yes we waited to see. I am a Verizon customer & went to Woodstock GA store seeking assistance with my phone issue. Bruno, assisted me with professionalism, kindness & expertise. I was very impressed with the exceptional Customer Service I received from Bruno & love the service Verizon has given me for years
Went in with power of attorney for my father’s account to remove his line from the account. I explain that my dad had a stroke and is unable to speak anymore to which their response was to call a number and handle it over the phone (zero empathy shown.) I then sat in the store with my 2 year old and 4 month old baby and called the number they gave me. Very poor customer service!!! I walked in no one greeted me. The staff was in the back. The staff at this store has the attitude that they don’t want to be bothered by customers. Here’s a quick word of advice…If you don’t Ike serving people get out of customer service.
Verizon Company Review: Verizon will attempt to continue charging you for devices you have completely paid for. Some items paid off months ago. Once you leave Verizon and have paid your final bill, you will no longer have access to your account. That is when you will receive an email stating you STILL have a balance on a device you paid in full. Take screenshots of everything you do on the app. If not, they will continue charging you if you don't have the correct documentation.
