I went in for a new phone with the trade in discount. My entire bill was to be a $5 increase. The person that t first helped me didn't know what they were doing. The second person trashed talked the first employee and said he took care of the proble although it cost me $140 more right then. Then the 3rd visit the added the credit for.me returned phone. Now my new bill is going to.be $40 higher with new phone. DO NOT USE VERIZON! Their customer service trying to fix my problems was terrible.

Today I’m giving 5 stars to Ty, Austin,Caroline, Frank, Asher and Ricky for their exceptional customer service. They were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, professional and patient. Update: I came back and Frank resolved several technical issues I was having with my device. He went above and beyond to assist me. I would definitely recommend this location.
Trying to get my phone number released in order to get onto T mobile with my husband. I am currently on my daughter’s in-laws family plan. The primary in-law refuses to release my number I had of 25 years. I am trying to get off there because of a domestic dispute. Customer service told me over the phone that all I have to do is go into a Verizon office and show them my id and they will release. Once I arrived they denied me on the basis of not being the primary holder of the Verizon account. Duh!!!!! Exactly why I was there... read more
