If lower was possible, it would have been clicked. Not sure why they have options for appointments if they honor the customers on a first come first serve basis. Not to mention, after 30 minutes of waiting they helped a client who came in after us.

Really bad service from this store, disappointed with staff not assisting. Spent more time waiting trying to get help. Went there and was told wait time is 50 mins with only 2 customers in store and other employees decorating. Waste of time. DMV is faster than this store. TAyana was great. A guy with glasses talking to a customer about other things than needing service. Not professional at all.

Had the misfortune of dealing with Derek (sp) again. He comes off as disinterested and wanting to be anywhere but at his job. I should have waited for Taya (sp)... Manager was no better, she didn't care about my situation and basically told me to call tech support. After I'd waited 40 minutes. Will be driving extra miles to avoid this store.

I had the worst experience ever at this location. D'Angelo, the store manager was rude, rushed me out of the store, and could care less about helping me resolve my technical issue. He is a sorry excuse for a manager and should not be allowed to interact with customers at all with his attitude and lack of professionalism. I will never visit this store again.
