Terrible service.
My fiancée and I recently visited the Verizon Wireless store on Lauren Lane in Woodstock, just before the 4th of July, with the intention of upgrading to new phones-mine had stopped working, so it seemed like a good time to make the switch. Unfortunately, this turned out to be one of the most frustrating customer service experiences we've ever had. I went to the Verizon store at 121 Lauren Road. Asher waited on me. He seemed to listen to me.I specifically said I needed to keep the number I’ve had since 2001…He did not do that. I have a new number. I am beside myself. I’m 82 years old and this has caused me a great amount of anxiety. My son is trying to get it reversed but so far no luck.I really think he needs to be fired! Too much stress…if he only listened!
Absolutely NO help whatsoever. Not service oriented at all. Not even friendly.
