They were rude and did not want to help me. The guy that waited on me told me to go to Best Buy!!

Best customer service ever! We had to transfer from Att and they went way above and beyond! Store manager is amazing! All the staff was so helpful and fast. I have been to other Verizon stores and best customer service. Thank you for all your help.
My wife had a problem with her iPhone: When an e-sim card in Europe was installed, the US connection disappeared. Upon our return to the US, we spoke with Verizon representative Candace, the store’s assistant manager, who with professionalism, enthusiasm and efficiency cleared up our problem.
