I had a very upsetting experience at this Verizon store. One of the employees (older woman) was shockingly rude and abrasive, despite me being nothing but polite and respectful. The interaction was so unpleasant that I chose to walk out rather than continue being treated that way. No customer should have to deal with that kind of behavior. If respectful service matters to you, I strongly recommend going to a different location. Kindness costs nothing, but it clearly isn’t valued here.
Whoever Candace is she needs to be fired. Went to return a phone that was accidentally sent to us. Just trying to do the right thing. I guess that was just way too much for her to handle. they didn’t welcome me or anything I felt like I was invisible
They were rude and did not want to help me. The guy that waited on me told me to go to Best Buy!!
