I'm visiting from out of town, helping my senior mother with some things. She had three older cell phones collecting dust after replacing so I thought for sure there wasn't anything we could do. Jordan was so helpful! They have a recycle bin and phones will either be refurbished and donated to a local women's shelter, or sent to electronic recycling. WHEW! Both of those outcomes were awesome. I appreciated such quick, friendly, and professional service. Jordan is a great Verizon rep!
Amber helped us and she made it so much fun!! We loved her personality and she got us deals and we all pretty much laughed the whole time and conversated! She was very kind and funny and we had the best service from her ! Thank you Amber for helping us even though we were there for like 2 hours !!

Verizon told me I was a victim of unauthorized MAC Bridging and IP Address Hijacking. All of my search results are coming back to the hackers location at El Prado Estates RV Park in Yuma, AZ. Verizon will not cooperate with Law Enforcement to stop the person hacking Verizon customers. All of my search results continue to be for the hackers location.
