Visited the store late in the day and was met with a very competent and helpful group of young women who answered all my questions and made my purchase quick and easy! Thank you for the wonderful service!
Verizon told me I was a victim of unauthorized MAC Bridging and IP Address Hijacking. All of my search results are coming back to the hackers location at El Prado Estates RV Park in Yuma, AZ. Verizon will not cooperate with Law Enforcement to stop the person hacking Verizon customers. All of my search results continue to be for the hackers location.

Walked in. 4 employees, 2 customers. Not one employee ever even acknowledged or even smiled at me. At one point the manager did make slight eye contact, but not even a smile. It was like I didn’t exist. I was looking to change carriers. After 20 mins I left. I’m pretty patient but a simple hey we will be with you shortly woulda kept me in the store.
