Walked in. 4 employees, 2 customers. Not one employee ever even acknowledged or even smiled at me. At one point the manager did make slight eye contact, but not even a smile. It was like I didn’t exist. I was looking to change carriers. After 20 mins I left. I’m pretty patient but a simple hey we will be with you shortly woulda kept me in the store.
I can’t say enough about this store!!!! They are the best!!! I highly recommend going to this Verizon store the staff a friendly, knowledgeable, & will do their best to get you the best deals!!!! This is the top Verizon store in MH!

Jordon (I think) was EXCELLENT!! Extremely knowledgeable, excellent customer service and good guy to talk to. I highly recommend this store. They got me sorted out and fixed up with a new phone. Keep up the great work!!
