Walked in. 4 employees, 2 customers. Not one employee ever even acknowledged or even smiled at me. At one point the manager did make slight eye contact, but not even a smile. It was like I didn’t exist. I was looking to change carriers. After 20 mins I left. I’m pretty patient but a simple hey we will be with you shortly woulda kept me in the store.
I can’t say enough about this store!!!! They are the best!!! I highly recommend going to this Verizon store the staff a friendly, knowledgeable, & will do their best to get you the best deals!!!! This is the top Verizon store in MH!
