I had problems with T Mobile and decided to switch back to Verizon. Mesa was the BEST help I’ve ever had at a phone store. She went above and beyond to make sure I could keep my number and it took her several days.
This store doesn’t exist anymore
Taylor Hamby gave exceptional service yesterday when I went to the store to help my aging father with some billing issues. He was excellent both with us and continued to help others while he spent almost 2 hours on the phone with corporate representatives trying to assist us. The company as a whole may not be the greatest, corporations aren’t known for looking out for the people but this young man did everything in his power to take care of our issues.
