Went to the hometown Verizon in mountain home located by lows and the customer representative named amber was AMAZING!!! She did everything we asked for with and always had a smile from when we got there till when we left. We left there beyond satisfied and she just made my kids Xmas all the more wonderful!!! If you ever need to go to Verizon I highly recommend that location and ask for amber!!!
this use to be a great store, I went in one day last week, waited around for a few minutes and never was spoken too or offered help. I went back In today thinking maybe it was just the day...nope no hello, no I'll be with you shortly no nothing.
