Today my wife tried to return a Verizon fios router with our newborn. She was sent an email by Verizon stating this location was able to used for equipment drop offs. Today I was on the phone with about 4 different Verizon representatives trying to navigate a few changes to our family plan and figuring out how to upgrade some phones on our plan. We were afraid to go in-store because it's Black Friday, and we assumed it would be packed with long queue time, but with the complications of the phone calls, we decided we would face the wait times and crowds. Went to this location yesterday. A representative took my name and asked what I needed. I explained my elderly mother was in the car and recently had a stroke. I needed to get a more user friendly phone for her. I have POA so no issues there. He said there were 2 people ahead of me. Thats fine, I waited. He proceeded to talk to his customers for 30 min.
