Great experience at the Verizon store today! Colin was so patient and helped us get switched over and work through the process with the call center. He was professional and courteous with each call center person making sure we had exactly what we need!
My husband son and I went in the store on 11/15/25. We got our son a new phone and Dominic was Amazing he got all our son's data switched over to his new phone. Also we walked out saving money with Verizons new wifi we didn't even know existed. Just plug in the box and 15 minutes later we have high speed internet. I would to add all the gentlemen working that night were all amazing.Thank you Dominic for everything Verizon is lucky to have you!
