I arrived at the facility in the afternoon and just tried to ask a question, but they couldn't answer it because they closed in two minutes.

1 star because can’t give zero. I’d recommend not using this store if Evan is your sales rep. I live in NC and the local Florida branches have not helped my mother get resolution on turning my father’s phone in after he recently. Gave all this information to Evan over the phone on Saturday September 6th around 11:15 am (if I got the name wrong). Poor costumer service at this store. Once the sale was done he got his commission on the transfer dude took off and I never got the additional discounts he promised. Got my first bill had all these extra things on there that were supposed to be free. After the 4 phone calls, each call 30-45 minutes with tech support it supposedly resolved. Left my last carrier for free phone and got handed this crap. Last tech support was genuine and I’d give her a 10/10.
