This Verizon location is useless. The employees and managers seem completely unable to help with any type of issues or purchases unless it has to do with looking up the same information that your account tells you online. They also seem to not want to make any sales in store seeing that they directed me to go make my $1000 worth of purchases at Best Buy. I have been with this company for 21 years. If I could give negative stars, I would. I was misled, told my new plan would be better and the same or less expensive...No my bill is $100 more than it used to be. Yes $100 MORE. I've been on the phone multiple times trying to have this botched sale fixed, but the chat and phone help is equally incompetent. I am so disappointed. If anyone can give me their input on another carrier that they are happy with, please let me know. I am in search of honest sales people with decent plans... read more

The gentleman who helped us was very short and snippy with us within three minutes of being there. We understood that there wasn’t much he could do for us but the nastiness in the tone of his voice was unacceptable when speaking to any customer regardless of the situation. Granted it is frustrating dealing with any phone issues but the way he handled things was very unprofessional.
