1 Star Review I had one of the worst experiences ever at this Verizon store, and I want to warn everyone before they walk into this location. I went in only to add a simple international calling add-on to make one urgent call to Brazil. Instead of helping me with what I asked for, the representative pushed hard to sell unwanted services, including a “free” Home Wi-Fi trial with misleading promises about pricing and contracts. From out of town, I stopped in for help with my upgrade and trade in. Dylan assisted me and was super nice. He made the annoying process smooth and effortless. He was personable and had me laughing the whole time. I recommend requesting Dylan to assist with your phone needs.

My friend had a Green Dot card and was trying to get his phone service paid for and they couldn't help him Beethoven take the Green Dot card back to Walmart and do something there then Walmart told them to go to Total wireless and they actually were able to get the bill paid so that he would have phone service!!
