This location has a great staff. They was very helpful with any questions I had. Especially Dylan he was so helpful when it come to me getting my new phone and making sure that I was able to leave satisfied and happy. He had great communication when explaining everything that he was doing and making sure I understood what was my best option I really thank him for making the stressful situation 10 times more better I will definitely come back and bring my friends and family to enjoy the amazing service that was given here

On Tuesday June 24th around 6pm I was helped by a young man Dylan I think that his name ! He replaced my screen glass and did some adjusting on my phone , I have been with Verizon for over 20 years I do I appreciate great service when I see it . He is excellent representative and he is going to do great . Thank you Dylan. Hopefully you will be there when I upgrade to iPhone 18 .
