Account biz manager was the rudest most unprofessional person I’ve ever dealt with .attempted too Kick me out of the store in front of customers because of his little fragile ego got hurt. Highly recommend! Everette, the salesman, helped us fix our bill that we were overpaying, cancel apps and internet from other locations and wrap it all into one bill. We’re now saving at least $150 a month, have more streaming services, more phones added. All for about little more than what we were paying.
Exceptional service all the way around. Very friendly staff. Not sure what all the bad reviews are about. Very upfront about pricing and all the changes. Gerald was very friendly and helpful.
Malachi has been fantastic from the moment we walked into the store! He helped me save money by checking to see if I actually needed the various things I was paying for, set me up with a new phone and watch, and then spent two hours getting everything set up for me once it arrived. Some of Very best service I’ve received anywhere in a long time!
My experience at this Verizon location was nothing short of appalling. Upon visiting the store to assist my mother in replacing her phone through insurance, we were met with deceitful practices and an utter lack of professionalism. Instead of receiving the help we sought, the staff opened a new phone line without informing her, a blatant breach of trust.
