We just left Verizon. Rodney helped us and his customer service is stellar. My phone took a bath yesterday. So sad. But Rodney let us know what was available to us as well as other ways Verizon could save us $ on internet :) At the end of the day, we got what we needed and Rodney got customers that will be back in the near future when it's time to replace our other phones. It's a win/ win. Take care of him Verizon. He gives excellent service and he listens.

Very appreciative of Shon and the level of support he provided to my wife and daughter. He is a great representative of Verizon and this store. Thank you Shon for your help on troubleshooting a defective phone. Shon gets this store 5 stars because of his dedication to his job.

I went in without an appointment, hoping to have a customer service person help me install a screen protector on my phone. Sometimes, stores won't do this if the item was not purchased there. The gentleman did not hesitate to help me out. He didn't even ask if I was a Verizon customer, which I am. The customer representative did a great job installing the screen protector. This store is great. I hardly had to wait to be helped, which is unlike a lot of Verizon stores.
