I just upgraded my iPad and they didn’t even take the time to help me set it up so now I’m home with a n iPad that won’t stop “loading” and “I can come in tomorrow and they’ll help me set it up” which doesn’t really help me now. your team should be trained to help me set it up not leave me in a corner to set up my new iPad that I spent a lot of money on. Now I have to take time out of my day again tomorrow to go by Verizon.

Terrible customer service. Got told to go over to Best Buy for support or call my insurance tech support number. WOW. Of the 3 employees I interacted with, none were helpful.
Kayla is awesome. Quick efficient service she even set up my auto pay for me.
