Dear Verizon, it is really time to start checking your managers and how they treat clients. Today I had a run-in with the manager who was very dismissive and flamboyantly extra with how he treated customers walking through the door had I been the only one that felt this way I probably wouldn’t be here saying anything however there was an elderly couple that were being treated so horrible that they also voiced that they’re ready to leave Verizon over this manager and how he treats loyal customers. This review is based on 2 walk ins. Great experience, customer service was phenomenal, in getting a new phone and later helping me out with another issue. Employees are knowledgeable and helpful. If you get there and they are busy, be ready to wait but they will not forget you.
Why even have physical stores if the employees are just going to tell you to call into the help line or do things online? I get it if that's their system, but the employees in store should still sit down at a computer and walk the customer through the process.
