If you are looking to get scammed this is the place to go. Purchased a phone galaxy z flip 6. The sales rep said this is the phone to get, so without question I trusted this person. Bad decision, as soon as the 30 day trial was over the front screen turns black. Looked up why this has happened and found out this is the worst phone to purchase, thanks sells rep for telling me that not. Slow service.
Super shady verizon reps. I have tried numerous times to replace a phone and address false promises. My bill was incorrect and increased by 25%. DO NOT TRUST ALPHA. T-MOBILE is much better with business accounts.
Have been here a few times with my roommate to pay our internet and electric bill. They may have a wait time depending on time of day and day of the week, but they will get to you if you are patient. They are good at upsetting, props honestly. We have the new NFL ticket and YouTube premium. Everything is added to one bill. Highly reccomend if you are eligible.
Horrible customer service, horrible store. Walked in to get a phone case, and a screen protector (would take 5 minutes if that) the guy looked at me, said “I’ll check you in, it will be 45 minutes” that’s ridiculous. Take your business elsewhere.
