We went in to get a small tablet. None in the store but they could order one. Cost $200. Can we pay for it? NO! Have to add it to our monthly account: $45/month for 36 months. Suddenly $1700! What?!

The Verizon Agent in chat is refusing to help me with my internet issue after they told me my Internet Service was hacked. Verizon told me I was a victim of unauthorized MAC Bridging and IP Address Hijacking. All of my search results are coming back to the hackers location at El Prado Estates RV Park in Yuma, AZ. Verizon will not cooperate with Law Enforcement to stop the person hacking Verizon customers.
