I have no problems or concerns with this place. The staff always does an excellent job and always helpful. My only concern is…. Why is there still no Verizon service around Tohajiilee, New Mexico. One of the techs asked how our cell phone service is where we live and I told them that it’s so slow. And sometimes theres no service. Our cell phones are always constantly SOSing. All the time. I went in today to get a new ipad, and the guy that helped me did a great job, at taking my money. Then didnt proceed to help with my questions at all, he told me to "go to YouTube its helpful" I understand the activation is a fee but a little insite would have been a little helpful. Then he told me my apple pencil would work with my new ipad and didnt even check he just said "it probably should". Come to find out when I get home which is 2 hours away!!!!
