Ordered new phone online. Went to retail outlet to pickup. They would not release the phone. 2 more trips to retail that day. No release. Clerk cancelled the order. 5 reps before a "payment reversal". 10 business days and still no payment returned. Verizon did, however, try to sell me a new plan (additional line required). 🤪 Perhaps if I were not 75 years old and a 25 year customer of Verizon this experience would not have been so irritating. AMAZING customer service. Sometimes retail reps are like civil servants, having to deal with customers behavior health "quirks". James and his fellow staff members were ALL EQUALLY CURTIOUS & HELPFUL today. I DRAIN ALOT of patience from my fellow humans sometimes. Good service is one thing, but today this ENTIRE staff had to interact with me and my multiple visits to complete my transfer from another service provider. THANK TEAM VERIZON! YOUR GM NEEDS TO PROVIDE YOU LUNCH! You ALL earn today.
