Horrible service. I've been with Verizon since they were CellOne (over 25 years). Manager is probably as uneducated in customer service as the person above him. The system tied up 3 phones after the online customer service tried to upgrade to phones that initially no one had in stock. Low and behold this store had them. Spent 2.5 hrs in store, to end up calling Verizon myself to cancel the order. Verizon customer support doesn't even have this store on the map. Maybe that says something. Elijah is the best customer sales person I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I came in with a problem with my brand new IPhone. He was so patient and knowledgeable. What a smile he has. Thank you so much.

Ordered new phone online. Went to retail outlet to pickup. They would not release the phone. 2 more trips to retail that day. No release. Clerk cancelled the order. 5 reps before a "payment reversal". 10 business days and still no payment returned. Verizon did, however, try to sell me a new plan (additional line required). 🤪 Perhaps if I were not 75 years old and a 25 year customer of Verizon this experience would not have been so irritating.
