Recently, my wife and I visited a Verizon store in Southern Rensselaer County to upgrade three old iPhones to iPhone 17 Pros. For various reasons, we decided to leave that store, and go to this Verizon store (Crossgates Mall). Thank goodness we made that move. We found that this store is going through significant changes, but the bottom line is- Austin, out sales rep, was amazing. He was very knowledgeable, and gave us great service. Thank you Austin. You and your team represented this store very well.

Went to replenish a prepaid account for the business I work for and I wasn’t 100% sure the cost, it came to $96 which I thought was weird but I didn’t know what the manager had signed up for. Apparently it should have been $30 and they upgraded the plan without our knowledge or consent. We went back and they “can’t refund” in the store and told us we needed to call to get our refund which is bs. Steer clear of these scammers, go anywhere else.
