Went to replenish a prepaid account for the business I work for and I wasn’t 100% sure the cost, it came to $96 which I thought was weird but I didn’t know what the manager had signed up for. Apparently it should have been $30 and they upgraded the plan without our knowledge or consent. We went back and they “can’t refund” in the store and told us we needed to call to get our refund which is bs. Steer clear of these scammers, go anywhere else. Avoid like the plague. 45 minutes of waiting, what a waste. Go with T mobile, verizon is horrible these days.
New spot on the second floor, but the same great staff providing the stellar service. I should not drift far from the three great stores in Albany and Rensselaer. Grant is top-notch, but I could tell the other associates were just as competent. Smaller location right off the food court since December 2021.
