The gentle man that help us was pleasant. The whole encounter was short, sweet, and to the point

The people who works during the day is not helpful at all, they hand me the phone and asked me to call and solve my " switching number to new device " myself!
Went to pick up phone. The self serve lockers don't work. Asked how did they put phone inside...couldn't answer. No manual over ride. Staff calling some number to try and fix. After multiple tries the girl walks pit with my phone. She forgot it was in back because the lockers don't work. No thank you No apology nothing.
Obviously if you work at Verizon you’re the type of guy who’s okay with selling someone an 80 dollar phone case. In other words, you’re scum of the earth.
