I went into the store yesterday and basically got into an argument with the girl who was working there telling me the wrong information on upgrading my phone. I will never go there again I was mislead completely and ended up calling Verizon direct and upgrading my phone that way.
Earlier today my fiance and I drove down from Champlain, 3 hours one way, to upgrade our phones. We picked up our new phones from a Verizon retailer in Latham and transferred them ourselves. My Pixel transfer was quick and easy. His iPhone was more difficult. He had a trade-in as well. We were not informed at the first location that trade-ins need to be returned to a corporate location. Very happy with Khristy at this Verizon Store for helping me switch over my Cell Phone Services to Verizon. Khristy was very patient and kind and friendly and explained everything in detail. I spent six hours in the Verizon store at Crossgates Mall. The managers, Mike and Payton were outstanding. They helped my father and I update, Transfer, and set up our new phones. Amanda also took time to help us while she was dealing with other customers. I never felt rushed or taken advantage of. She took extra time to go over our plan as well as save us as much money as we can. This is my new store I will be going to. I can’t recommend the store enough. 5/5 experience!!!!!!
