Very friendly but they need to move through the process faster. It was packed with people
Slow and unreliable. Ordered a phone at 2pm was told it'll take an hour and be in the locker. Never got an update had to call at 7pm. Was theb told oh yeah thats been ready, come in and get it. Show up, wait a few minutes just for them to tell us the phone is in the safe and it wont open for another 10 minutes. Why's the phone there and not the locker, why wasn't an update sent out? I came in knowing what I wanted, and she wasted no time helping me. when I described things I wanted to do, she helped walk me through the options and helped ensure I got the best service! Never thought I would say this, but will happily come back to see her if I need help.
