Horrible. Will never use Verizon again. They will lie and charge you more than what they originally quoted. Then charge you to leave. Zero stars.
I had an amazing experience at the Verizon store. Yes, that’s a sentence. I would not usually say about a cellular service provider, but in this case at this particular store it’s true! My issue was complicated and took an hour and a half to resolve. That’s not a complaint, just a sign of how difficult the problem was. Jennifer was absolutely wonderful and the most helpful person.
