Changed plans that removed some services I wanted without my knowledge, and added services to a new phone without my knowledge or consent.
Walked in to ask about any promotions they have, was helped by a guy named Fernando. He was absolutely rude and no help at all. He got mad when I asked about the promotions and quite literally didnt help. If you dont like your job, then quit.
