Great service and staff
Jaimie helped me add a new line back in July and I came back yesterday to have him specifically help me with adding another new line and purchase another new iPhone. He’s the best Verizon Representative I’ve ever had in any of the stores. Gabe also is helpful and professional. Thanks Jaimie for everything!!
Returned my Verizon home internet box to the store. Was charged $216 for the box because it said I didn't return it. Got my bank to cancel that transaction and now they tried to send me to collections for a box I do not have because I Returned it. Still trying to get a resolution to this issue
