Hi Verizon, can you please explain why you sent a phone to my brother that he didn’t order and then charge $1,300 for the phone that he DIDN’T order and refuse to give him a refund? This is coming from a customer of yours for the last 15 years. You are about to lose several lines of service as no one seems to be competent enough to issue a refund for YOUR mistake. Long waits !! Every time . Last visit I just had a technical question and a customer had to help me due to the employees didn't know the answer on how to transfer photos from Samsung phone to computer.
I checked to see if an item was available at this store online and purchased it for pickup. After my credit card was charged, a message popped up saying it wasn’t available. It was now after hours, so it took 3 hours & 6 different chat agents just for me to eventually cancel my order myself. I’m not exaggerating!
