Today: 1 hour at the store plus 97 min on the phone with 3 transfers that routed me back to the initial menu... completely useless effort to transfer billing for my incapacitated mom even with the Power of Atty in hand. I'm so sick of being jerked around by this company for trying to PAY THE BILL...3 stores, a total of over 4 hours on calls. Extremely poor customer service from the gentlemen checking people in at 3:30pm
Fantastic store to visit if you want to get scammed and end up getting charged over 4 times the price the employee told you multiple times. Went in to buy a screen protector and was told it would be 24.38. I get home and find that I was then charged over 105 dollars from them. Avoid this place unless you like being taken advantage of.
We were forced to wait for 45 minutes just to drop off a modem from them that we are no longer using. On top of it there were five employees standing in a circle doing precious little. Customer service certainly not at its finest. We won’t be giving Verizon another chance after this nonsense.
