I went to this Verizon today around 10:30am and was told that I could not replace my husband’s phone because I wasn’t a “person of contact” on the account. The man who told me this acted like I was trying to do something sneaky and acted like I was bothering him by just being there even though I was the only customer in the store. Jason, the representative who assisted my husband and me, is a great combination of product/company knowledge and listening to what a customer wants/needs/can afford to spend. He worked with my suddenly dying (unchargeable) phone during a slowly unfolding family health emergency. I NEEDED MY PHONE! I knew what I wanted to spend.
