The worker named Corey, the bigger black man came and interrupted me and my mother talking to another representative and told us because it was one more minute in the store we had to leave. He forced us out the store although we were already getting service. He had a snippy attitude and was acting sassy and misogynistic. Do not come to this verizon if you can.

Came in to pick up a new phone that was purchased online. What should have been a seamless experience left me disappointed and upset. When I asked for help switching over to my new phone so I could turn in my old phone, the staff said I would have to pay a $30 fee to receive help. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. They laughed at me when asking questions about the new phone. Sadly this location is the only location around. No wonder all of the other reviews are 1 star…

I went to this Verizon today around 10:30am and was told that I could not replace my husband’s phone because I wasn’t a “person of contact” on the account. The man who told me this acted like I was trying to do something sneaky and acted like I was bothering him by just being there even though I was the only customer in the store. I was told my husband had to be there in person for them to do anything.
