Hunter at the Towers Mall location is absolutely amazing! My husband and I have been Verizon customers for many years. Our experience with Hunter was one of the best we've ever had! He was able to save us money immediately by updating our plans. Hunter listens well and takes the time to get to know his customers. We left with new phones and were very satisfied with the service we received. Hunter the extra mile at every turn!
Expect a 30 minute wait. They need to hire more people. This is stupid. But they fixed my phone lines, what the customer service could not do.
So I was in very bad situation I speed up to get to the store so I can get someone to help me. I got there at 7:45pm and they were closing at 8. My mother walked in to adjust her account, in the middle of talking to the service rep, the manager walked out from the back, didn't acknowledge my mother but kept asking the service rep questions that my mother was trying to answer. The attitude was very dismissive and elitist.
