We were forced to wait for 45 minutes just to drop off a modem from them that we are no longer using. On top of it there were five employees standing in a circle doing precious little. Customer service certainly not at its finest. We won’t be giving Verizon another chance after this nonsense.

It is my hope that this review helps someone avoid some very costly charges and antics. Just found out that after upgrading a 4 year old phone, the plan for Just that phone was sneakily changed to a more expensive plan. The trade in value of the older phone was supposed to be the same as the cost of the upgraded phone. After over 4 hours in the store, and half a dozen papers put in our face by different salespeople, we never saw the change. We have had such a great experience with Orlando at this corporate store. Communication prior to visit up thru visit and purchase today Orlando has been professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. It was a pleasure doing business with this store. And so happy with my trade in value and new device. Thank you Orlando!

I wish I could give this store zero stars. Verizon sent us a used phone that we paid over a thousand dollars for and was sold as new. The store refused to exchange or return it and told us to just put it in the mail and ship it back? What in the world. Verizon is scamming people who buy new iPhones. They claim to have a return/exchange policy online but clearly their stores are not following it.
