If you are looking for assistance with anything I would strongly recommend visiting any Verizon location that is not this one. The assistant manager Eric is incredibly callous and rude. He has absolutely zero customer service skills. I went in after spending countless hours dealing with Verizon’s phone customer service, was lied to, my bill was charged several times for things without my knowledge and a line was added that I was not made aware of. Great customer service. Was pretty busy when I arrived, but there's lots of stuff to look at and play with while waiting. The associates were very personable, and seemed to show a genuine interest in making sure that each customer received the time, and service they required. When my turn came, I have to say the associate that assisted me was awesome. They helped with picking a phone, updating my plan, and setting everything up. Great experience. Thank you so much.
Josh spent hours with us over two days and helped us out by getting us put on a plan and even stayed late to help us out and the second day handling problems that came with the new phones not being up to date I appreciate what he did and will be going back to see him for any problems we have
Dee and Trish are awesome! Trish solved the problem very quickly and she did it correctly.
