Recieved the WORST customer service there today after being sent from another stone to this one to trouble shoot a gizmo watch. Guy refused to even try to help and connect the watch told me to call 611 . Didn’t even hear the problem or try to help. Cooperate needs to get in this store and see how horrible the hires they have are treating customers and don’t ever attempt their job for to pure laziness !
I had great customer service when using this store to upgrade my iPhone the other day. I would love to give them 5 stars but can’t. When going over the quote/contract for the new phone I asked the sales guy at least 3 times to remove the $19/month phone insurance and was assured it wasn’t on there. The next day I had to spend 20 minutes text chatting with a Verizon rep to have it taken off. Make sure you check your account after dealing with these guys.
Hunter at the Towers Mall location is absolutely amazing! My husband and I have been Verizon customers for many years. Our experience with Hunter was one of the best we've ever had! He was able to save us money immediately by updating our plans. Hunter listens well and takes the time to get to know his customers. We left with new phones and were very satisfied with the service we received. Hunter the extra mile at every turn!
Expect a 30 minute wait. They need to hire more people. This is stupid. But they fixed my phone lines, what the customer service could not do.
