Jason, the representative who assisted my husband and me, is a great combination of product/company knowledge and listening to what a customer wants/needs/can afford to spend. Jason at this Verizon was AWESOME! Really focused on helping us out and was fun to chat with and be around. Made going to the store actually fun. Not something you can say about going to your carrier normally. Highly recommend asking for him if you go in here! Will be my go to guy always now! Simply the best!
Went in to do an upgrade of a phone. We knew what we could do and what we wanted. We told the sales associate that we were going to upgrade my phone and then use my old phone for the third line. The sales associate said she could get it done and we went through the process. She activated the new phone and then told us we need to trade in my phone that I’m upgrading.
