We've been Verizon Wireless customers for 18 years. We went to the Valley View store tonight with a major problem with our old account bill. Verizon is trying to charge us $5,200.00 we do not owe. The agent at Valley View basically said it wasn't their problem. Isn't that a great way to treat an 18 year customer. He also lied to us saying all Verizon customer service is USA based. 45 mnts waiting for a simple SIM card they said have more people in front of us . This is 2nd time happening. Customer services sucks. I recommend Verizon on Peter creek rd.
Today: 1 hour at the store plus 97 min on the phone with 3 transfers that routed me back to the initial menu... completely useless effort to transfer billing for my incapacitated mom even with the Power of Atty in hand. I'm so sick of being jerked around by this company for trying to PAY THE BILL...3 stores, a total of over 4 hours on calls.
