When I was replacing my iPhone. Person who was helping actually helped and said we can stay until my apps downloaded since we can transferring from I cloud. The other coworker comes and without even say hi or anything, checks my phone going through all my apps. And she says we can leave since downloading app can download at home. Like there’s no one else beside two other ppl in the store. So why rush us out? If the person who was helping us said we can wait until it all downloads.
I don't normally give 5 star reviews, but today Sandra deserved her five stars. She went above and beyond for this customer who was in need. Great job!!
