James and AJ made my day with their customer service assistance! I had a bad experience with Asurion in Brandywine Maryland regarding my replacement iPad. It would not update and I couldn’t figure out why. The store wanted to charge me $99 to look at why my data wasn’t transferring. When I refused to pay he advised i should return to Verizon for assistance. Best experience ever! The reason my iPad didn’t update was due to a faulty SIM card. Thankful to see good service still exists.
