Do not go to this location. The manager is very rude and offensive. Please buy your devices and accessories online and stay away from this brick and mortar store.
Ajeh was amazing and very patient!
Lex was exceptional at helping us out today in setting up a new line on my account for my nephew. She was friendly and helpful!
Everyone go see Lex at the Verizon store on 301 in Waldorf she’s the bomb! She got me straight gave me great info and amazing service! I recommend her 10 out of 10 times we laughed and joked about the movie “Friday” while she fixed my issue she made some recommendations that I will be back to see her and only her for! When I left out of there Lex felt like family to me so if you walk in that store ask for Lex she’s the bomb digitty!
