had a very frustrating experience with the Verizon Wireless store on Crane Highway in Waldorf, MD. My grandmother, who is an authorized user on my account, went into the store around 1:20 PM to get help with her phone. The employee assisting her (Brian) was dismissive and unprofessional. Now my favorite Verizon location. Nichelle And her staff are supportive and efficient! Ask for Keenan, he is their star player! Beautiful charisma and even better work ethic. I went in today because I woke up to my brand new iPhone 17 just not cutting on all of a sudden, so I spent the remainder of my entire day with no phone as you can imagine caused a domino effect of inconveniences.
