Quick, friendly, helpful. Same in with phone dropping signal, had new Sim card changed and setup and out the door in 15 min.
Wasted my time. I stood in line to get a SIM card for my card. Gave them the vehicle info, activated a card and added it to my account. It has never worked. Today after calling Verizon they told me the vehicle is not compatible with Verizon at all. This is after the dealership had it for 2 days trying to figure it out. Why they didn't know is for another review.
I came to the store and was helped promptly and wonderfully by Lex. She is so patient, helpful, and knowledgeable and really is there to help you.
Ajeh provided me great help with additional support needed in decision-making I know I can be very difficult however she was very patient. Also, Keenan was very instrumental at keeping me at ease through my frustration and anxiety of the need to purchase a new phone. They made my experience easy pleasant his humor kept my anxiety down. Thank You both for an amazing experience!
Dominic helped me with a new phone purchase, S25, as my S21 was compromised. Scrubbing it wasn't needed then. He was truly helpful with Verizon services too, although I declined. I went back the next day and same thing, a true gem. The entire team worked as a team. I know many people may write, to complain, but I would rate this as a GREAT experience. Thank you Dominic!!
