If I could give zero stars I would! I spoke with Ricky at Verizon Customer Service and he said he called the Waldorf store and confirmed they would handle my situation. I drove to the store only to find out Ricky did not call and of course they did not handle my issue. Five days later, no phone service, 5 days still talking to Verizon! Worst Customer service I have experienced in years and I have been a customer of Verizon for over 30 yrs!! Wow is this how you treat clients with a defective phone??
Shout out to Brian H. who assisted me today in getting my phone activated at the Crain Highway location. My old phone would no longer charge and Verizon sent me a replacement. I called and activated the phone but still could not navigate beyond the welcome screen. I came in to the store and Brian assisted me immediately. Brian stayed on the phone with Verizon Tech and Customer Support for 4 hours trying to get my phone activated. There were multiple challenges with my phone's activation but he did not give up. Very disappointed with the customer service received by Penny here at the Verizon Waldorf (Crain Hwy) location. Visited Wed 1/1/25. Came with my son for him to trade in and upgrade his phone. Signed in and was later greeted by rep Penny. Upon greeting us Penny was wearing a mask and mentioned to us of having asthma with a cough. We understood and okayd.
