The store manager Keisha(hopefully spelled correctly) and whom I’m assuming is an assistant manager diamond, were both fantastic! They both helped and tackled my problems and questions without hesitation and doubt even helping assist other store managers across states deal with issues for my mother in California. I’m not one to leave reviews, but I feel obligated to warn as many people as I possibly can about the “deceive & evade” sales tactics used at the Verizon store in Waldorf,Md Crain highway. I’m sooo disgusted with the deception of Raquel, and Verizons lack of concern, I’m about to pay off the phones I just bought, just to switch to another carrier. After receiving an email from Verizon that I could return my Fios equipment at this location I stopped in unknowingly that I could not or what the processes would entail. Keysha checked me in quickly and informed me that I would have to go to UPS - understandable but I still had questions on the process. She begun rolling her eyes at me and when I asked why that occurred she got more of attitude to the point another customer stepped in and very nicely answered my questions when Keysha walked mid-conversation.
