Only thing they know how to do is sell you a phone and charge too much for thw monthly service. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone! Go with a different provider. Can they hear that now! I will be switching asap. If they offered zero stars that would be my choice
I'm not sure why my previous review didn't post. But I'll try again. There's an employee here that is smug, arrogant, acts like he knows it all, but knows nothing. He couldn't tell us why the bill was a different amount than the price per product totals, which differed as if we had another product. If you want an inner city experience this is your spot. Lazy, rude and irresponsible. Was having a problem activating my new phones that I had just bought from Verizon. Came into the store to get some help. They set me up in a back room to call customer service while they went out into the main part of the store and played on their phones. I wish it was possible to give zero stars.... I rate this location -5 stars. Absolutely horrible. My wife bought 4 phones while visiting family in Ohio. Two were switched over in store in Ohio. The awesome customer service guy Matt told us any Verizon store could do the other two phones for free. Just show them the receipt and they can take care of it for you. Once in town the portage location was closed but she called Chesterton and got Jordan. He explained the process and told us to come in. He found out we were in Portage... read more
Customer service? Nope won’t get it here. They’ll waste your time and give you the run around. Employees only want commission, anything else is a waste of time for them, so in turn they waste your time
