I was told to leave the parking lot because I was eating my food from next door before I walked into in the store. It was a tall guy bald that approached my car and told me to leave didn’t ask if I was a costumer or anything just saw me eating and told me to leave. How rude. Be careful sitting in the parking lot before you go you might be told to leave for whatever reason.
I usually dread going into Verizon...but Deron and the others at the Portage location has once again made my experience easy and efficiently!!! Im very thankful for the staff there
Stopped in this Verizon a week or so ago (March 2026), And Jason B. Spec-Retail was extremely helpful with adding a line. Took no time at all and saved me money. Part of the Reason I'm with Verizon in the first place. Always stand-out service.
