Craig, my representative for the Verizon home Internet service is the BEST customer Service Rep that I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. I cannot rave enough about how he went above and beyond his duties for Verizon. He informed me before I left the store, that if I needed any help to give him a call. They literally sit around doing nothing all day and are too lazy to even help me with my bill. Tell me I have to call. So now I gotta drive to the verizon a town over because these people are rude and lazy.
So I purchased an IPad A16 through Verizon Wireless.com. I had trouble getting to the Home Screen on the iPad. I was on the phone with customer service for two hours and the didn’t help at all. When I came in the store, CRAIG helped me and fixed the problem INSTANTLY!!!! So thankful for him!!!! He should get PROMOTED!!!!
Went in for a new phone—Jason was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this location.
Only thing they know how to do is sell you a phone and charge too much for thw monthly service. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone! Go with a different provider. Can they hear that now! I will be switching asap. If they offered zero stars that would be my choice
