I came in to cancel my service, which is never an easy process, but Gina made all the difference. She was patient, professional, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. Even in a difficult situation, she handled everything with care and made sure I left feeling respected as a customer. Truly outstanding service — Gina is a credit to this store!
I recently went to this location to shop for a new phone. If you are part of the aging population, do not go to this location to shop. As soon as a customer left, they must have forgotten I was there. They started cussing and making fun of the "old" guy that just left. The manager was part of the conversation. I used to work retail, and we would never discuss things within earshot of other customers. Retail etiquette was lacking here and additional training is needed.
Very bad customer service Verizon do better
I am 60 years old and I have been in Marketing/advertising for decades. Craig, my representative for the Verizon home Internet service is the BEST customer Service Rep that I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. I cannot rave enough about how he went above and beyond his duties for Verizon. He informed me before I left the store, that if I needed any help to give him a call. They literally sit around doing nothing all day and are too lazy to even help me with my bill. Tell me I have to call. So now I gotta drive to the verizon a town over because these people are rude and lazy.
