I wish it was possible to give zero stars.... I rate this location -5 stars. Absolutely horrible. My wife bought 4 phones while visiting family in Ohio. Two were switched over in store in Ohio. The awesome customer service guy Matt told us any Verizon store could do the other two phones for free. Just show them the receipt and they can take care of it for you. Customer service? Nope won’t get it here. They’ll waste your time and give you the run around. Employees only want commission, anything else is a waste of time for them, so in turn they waste your time
Jason helped my mother who is an ancient artifact purchase a new phone and plan. on a serious note I was genuinely impressed on his skills with explaining all the technical stuff in such an easy and understandable way for her. He was kind and just all around a great human being to work with.
Absolutely amazing experience here today!! Jason was by far the most helpful and polite wireless representative I have ever experienced in my adult life! My wife also got a Samsung watch and he took the time to show her how everything worked and got it set up for her. We actually felt like people there and not like we were inconveniences as we have experienced with other carriers. We just can't say enough about Jason and the Verizon store there in Portage!
