They charge $39.95 just to walk into the store before they will help you. I went there twice because customer service told me to go to the closest store. The representative at the store would listen to me. He said he needed a credit card just to talk to him.

I’ve been a prepaid Verizon customer for over five years and I’m aware I have to buy my phones outright. Last time I purchased new phones about 3 years ago staff at this location were very short and unhelpful with me during the transaction. I just upgraded to an iPhone 16 and when I went in there I was again met with shortness and very rude staff who said that I should go to Best Buy. Workers are great but the deals aren't.
This store is the best store!! They have the nicest workers and nicest managers!! Jason was the person taking care of us! He was so helpful, polite, knowledgeable!! He fixed everything for us and helped get our whole family switched over!! I recommend this Verizon store to everyone!!
