I left Verizon about two months ago because for whatever reason my bill kept increasing. It was almost $200 for one paid off device. So I switched to one of those third party prepaid phones. No issues with them, but I wanted to upgrade my phone and they didn’t have the 17 pro max, so I stopped by this location to switch back and to pay my final bill because I didn’t realize until after I left, that my final payment with Verizon didn’t go through. Fantastic experience with Franki! Extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient. She made the phone upgrading and line transferring process so easy and saved me money in the process. While Franki was amazing, every staff member I came in contact with was also very kind and helpful.
Argumentative, disrespectful and rude pretty much sums up my experience today. Have had Verizon for many years. That's probably going to change.
