Had a great experience today at Verizon off of Lake Woodlands near the mall. With Frankie’s help I was able to get a great deal trading in my new phone for a new one! She even helped me compare my home internet price to what I had and I ended up going with their internet service for cheaper than what I was paying! Fantastic experience, thanks Frankie!

Ben was great assiting my mother and I with adding a new phone line. We didn't receive the best service at another location and my mother was in the area and stopped in and he was friendly and greatly informative.
