Went in for a UCB-C to USB-C cable. Was handed a USB-C to Lightning (in all fairness it was in the UCB-C to USB-C rack). Opened cable in car, found incorrect cable, walked back in, got correct cable and store asked to recharge card. I asked why, and they said they would cancel the first one. I asked repeatedly if they were sure this would happen......"Oh yes Sir!".........Aaaaand of course they did not, now on the phone with the credit card company .........staff was nice anyway.....
Ridiculous wait time. Just ridiculous. Only went here because this was the closest store that had the phone I wanted. They don’t greet you when you walk in and they have reps that could help with the customers to lessen the wait time but that doesn’t happen. Been waiting over for service.
