Had a good experience as always with the team there at the Verizon on Katy next to HEB . Turns out my account was all sorts of messed up and the manager JQ helped me out . Exceptional customer service . I’ve been going to this Verizon for a while now but I’m just leaving the review . Great job JQ happy customer

Verizon is by far the worst phone provider I've ever encountered with trying to switch over to AT&T on the phone for 4 hours they would not give me the account number now now I have to take off of work go in to the local office and argue with them there for them to release the account number so I can transfer my phones to AT&T at this moment they've taken out 1500 out of my account that was not authorized and I still try to tell me that I owe $900 on an average there was charging my card $342 twice a week every time I call t... read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. I was conned by the previous manager, Isaiah, from this place. He said my 2 phones would be free if I traded my 2 PAID-OFF phones. I did what he said and somehow he never documented in their system. Then the store would NOT honor it. My 2 old phones were working fine with no issues and I only traded because I was promised trading in would not cost me anything. They have cameras in that store to review everything.
