Sarah and Charles are phenomenal. My account was accessed fraudulently and a bunch of new devices were added to the account. Charles and Sarah helped me go back and forth with tech support and the fraud department for over 4 hours to get the issues resolved. They went above and beyond to help me get my account back. Highly recommend this store.
