Amit did a great job! My phone died and he recovered everything and downloaded it on my new phone. 😊
Verizon sales woman lied about current perks. Did not include internet offer of $39.49 so they charged me $113.39. I upgraded 2 phones but they kept one phone active for an additional $114.00. There was also a Disney, Hulu, Netfix, youtube premium and Max for $10/month perk. They charged me $90.00. The cost is really $30.00. Beware of this store!! My bill went from $198.00 to $449.00.
