After having Verizon for 5 years my bill was up to 119 a month (originally 90)with a military discount. I went here to see if they could lower it and all they did was suggest a lower plan and suggested I call customer loyalty. I went back to at&t and switched
Verizon overcharges and has surprise charges. I changed from paying Verizon over $250/ month to $51/ month with another carrier. My charges have stayed consistent with the new provider no billing issues or surprise charges. Service is even better than Verizon. I would stay away from this company they are crooks!
