I came to this store because it was the closest, now I see why it has 3 stars. I Ported over from AT&T and it was only 2 lines, my account at the time had 3 lines already which means I should have 5 total. How did I leave the store with 10 Lines? And how did I leave the store with a hot spot on each line. What happen to professionalism and integrity? I worked as a Verizon store manager from 2019 to 2025.
