Verizon is the WORST. I spent 3 hours in the store trying to fix my phone after the nation wide outage. In addition, I brought 3 old phones to attempt to make calls/texts since I could not get into my brand new phone. I had to call out of work. After spending half of my day at Verizon, the situation was still not resolved. Since I have been with Verizon I have had two SOS situations. I requested an appointment and picked the category Troubleshoot and wrote in the Notes area the reason for my appointment. As soon as I walked in I was asked what I was there for so I said I have an appointment at 6:00 and was already checked in. This kid then proceeds to tell me "they don't troubleshoot there". I asked them why I was able to pick that option and schedule an appointment then & he said that's because they only troubleshoot network issues. My recent experience at the Verizon store was horrible. The employee working at the front was extremely rude and gave customers an attitude. I witnessed her speaking to customers disrespectfully, snapping her fingers, and moving her neck in an aggressive manner while telling someone she also wanted a refund because her phone wasn’t working. She then went inside and proceeded to talk negatively about the customers who were outside. Overall, the behavior was very unprofessional and unacceptable.
