Horrible customer service!
The agent was helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. I was impressed.
Went in to upgrade my phone Friday. I was met right away by Brad. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the new phone I wanted. It only took a few minutes to get my new phone and transfer my old phone info. Thanks Brad!
They lie about what's included in your bill to get you to upgrade. Then when you have to go back to get the things you were promised the manager lies for his staff to cover them. I have had 2 moths of hell trying to get all their lies fixed with customer service. Id go anywhere but here. Thanks Jay for screwing me im so glad you still have a job.
