Matthew and John helped me get a great deal and where super helpful really friendly and really went out of their way to help me get the best deal when I arrived with my nephew. I had some issues afterwards with the billing but Matthew and another employee made sure to help me resolve the issue a great verizon store for sure thank you guys
Staff is knowledgeable, polite and very helpful.
Note: MANY times I just walk out of this store or want to leave zero stars. Last 2 times though, I got very lucky and had excellent customer service by Donna, Ron, Jay, Angel. Thank you for your patience, respect!, professionalism. It's what you are paid for anyway but this store struggles with these concepts- for years. So,thank you very much. So much appreciated.
Expect multiple follow-up visits to address any issues; complete resolution is rarely achieved on the first attempt.
The customer service at this location is horrific. Every single 1 star review is true. Just walked in and waited for 20 minutes and not a single word to us or even a welcome in. We then witnessed an employee straight up ignore a customer who was waiting for help and then told him, “Don’t know bro”. Keep in mind this gentlemen looked in his 60’s with a special needs child.
