This store is always so helpful
Sebastian at the Verizon on bell and litchfield was extremely rude and not helpful at all. I went in because my phone would not charge at all and the phone was a new warranty phone that verizon sent me less than 2 weeks ago. And also how Verizon is now charging me $2500 for the two phones that were sent back to Verizon under the warranty. Awful customer service! Manager was suppose to contact me... never did. I'm putting a fraud report in on this store! Go the mile south to the cooperate store!!! Don't waste your time in this non corporate store. The tell you lots of stuff sounds great, then you get your bill and it's your word against there's. It's taken 6 months to fix thier issues they created in my account
