I had a very disappointing experience with Bea at Verizon Wireless. Her customer service was rude, unprofessional, and she did not seem willing to help. When we asked for assistance, her response was dismissive. Instead of helping us, she simply said we needed phone cases and pointed to where they were rather than assisting or explaining properly. Making an appointment is the way to go. But staff was helpfully, friendly and patient.

There was some issue in my account and the customer service already fix it after three week they disconnect our service for all my phones when I walk to the store, there was some worker standing right there she’s not even walk to me and she was talking to me disrespect way after I told her why I have to get disconnected can you help me with that?
