This has been my go to store over the 16 years I've had cell service with Verizon. The staff is always very knowledgeable, professional, helpful and willing to answer any questions leaving a satisfied feeling with the visit. There's also always been enough staff members out on the floor to accommodate the amount of customers, creating an enjoyable and lively atmosphere when you walk through the door. I came into the store and was greeted by a manager who directed me to Mitch. Mitch waved me over and was able to help me out extremely quickly. He was professional and courteous. I was out of the door in less than 10 minutes. Thank you Mitch!
