All I’m trying to do is pay my device off after Switching carriers and the Verizon automated voice system is truly horrendous it loops you back in a circle every time you make an option other than start new service. Had an account with Verizon for over 20 years and will be ending it this year due to the crooks at this site and the garbage "customer service" agents in their call centers. When we were upgrading a phone, the sales person added multiple duplicative services that were hidden under different phone lines to make it harder to notice. Also added extra unnecessary phone lines attached to the same phone. Very helpful and super informative. Can remember the gentleman name but he was great.
