Slow staff ! Unable to react to an influx of customers. Long wait times Staff unnecessarily long winded and spend too much time chatting.
Had an appointment to return an old phone for an upgrade. Sean assisted us, he was VERY helpful and had us done in just 20 minutes! I have dealt with many 1 on 1 interactions with other representatives of various stores, and his was amazing.
