Had an appointment to return an old phone for an upgrade. Sean assisted us, he was VERY helpful and had us done in just 20 minutes! I have dealt with many 1 on 1 interactions with other representatives of various stores, and his was amazing.
These people are so rude
Bad customer service. Inpatient agents. I'd drive to Hudson, which is 15 minutes more drive time than go to this location.
The person who attended me was good. However noticed a few employees in the back that looked at the customer area with multiple customers waiting and did not assist them. Sat in the corner.
This afternoon, I upgraded my cell phone from an X to a 16. Jennifer was my sales associate and I cannot say enough about her service….a combination of professional, efficient, but also patient and very personable…..loved Jen and so happy she approached me in the store.
