If I could I would give zero stars. First, so I buy two apple phones and the Verizon service plans at the store, they treat you like they will be there for you and to call them if you need too. I went in to try and trade in my phone and there was an issue where I needed to update a name on my account. When I asked him how to do that he was extremely rude about it and acted like he didn't want to be there and started texting on his phone. When I asked again for help because I still couldn't figure out how to solve my issue he gave a one worded answer and went back to texting on his phone. 2025 RECENT DATA ABOUT CUSTOMER LOSSES CONFIRM VERIZON HAS LOST ITS WAY. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PHONE IS TERRIBLE. DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! THEY HAVE A VURTUAL ASSITANT THAT PRVENTS CUSTOMER SERVICE. JUST SPENT 2 HOURS TRYING TO LOSE MY LANDLINE BEEN ON HOLD NOW FOR OVER 5 MINUTES. NOTHING TRIED CALLING IN SIX TIMES NOTHING!!
