I am not a Verizon customer, I simply placed an order on their website for a phone case that had to be picked up in store. I am extremely pregnant, and my sister offered to pick up the case for me because she is much closer. The store would not release my FIVE dollar purchase to my sister. Because I am not a customer, there was no way for me to make an account with them. I tried both online and on the app, but it asked for my Verizon device, so I could not add her as a pickup person.
