Never trust the employees or Verizon itself. My first experience with this store I was joining a family plan and looking for a phone. I didn't want to spend the exorbitant amounts they had for the cheap phones there ($500 for cheap android phones you could get for $150-200 online). The salesperson told me they could hook me up with this specific phone for completely free since I was joining the family plan. Fast forward 2 years later and I crack my screen. I had a very disappointing experience at this Verizon store. The customer service representative acted like he knew everything, but when I asked basic questions about the services and plans, it became clear that he didn’t actually understand the products he was selling. Instead of admitting he wasn’t sure, he gave confusing and sometimes incorrect information with a lot of confidence. As a customer, I expect honesty and knowledgeable service.
