I visited the Verizon store in Town Center today 12/26/2025. I asked to compare the new Apple watch series 11 and the Ultra 3. I was told that I could only look at the locked display to make my decision. I asked for them to open the display so I could place it on my wrist to see how it looks. I was told that it would take them 10 minutes to unlock the display, and that was not going to happen. I asked for the manager, and he said the same thing. This is the worst Verizon store in the nation, the store manager is an arrogant power hungry......never able to get anything accomplished here this story is laughable, in October went in THIS store ordered 3 new phones and 2 new watches spent 3700.00, one of the watches was never delivered pretty sure it was stolen off the front porch, Verizon sent a new one and was never charged for the stolen one. We walked into the Verizon store today in Gaylord with hopes of signing in with a new plan. It’s been 25 years since I’ve been with Verizon and so worried I’d never go back but thought I would take the initiative to give them another chance. The customer service and the rep that dealt with us was awful. No manners, no incentive to try to get a deal, and I really don’t wanna go and deal with them again after this episode. I guess we will stay with AT&T.
This review is just about one person who works there - Jason. I went in with my mother to set up a temporary phone plan and he completely ignored my mother, even when she was directly addressing him. I've heard older women complain about being invisible, but I never saw it in action until I saw how Jason acted like she wasn't even there. I may not be able to change Jason's behavior, but I'm not going to spend my money at a store that ignores older women.
I went to the Smyrna TN store yesterday to get help with my phone as I had a scam that had gotten into the phone. I want to thank Chad Mcconnell as he was very helpful. He not only fixed my phone but showed compassion, kindness and patience with me. I am an older individual and sometimes that level of kindness is not present with Customer Service. Run from this store. I went in based on my conversation wwith customer service. I was greeted by a you man named Henery. He began to tell me the only way the program worked and I stated that customer service said differently. He then got loud with me and I ask for a manager. The manager and everyone in the store stared when Henery was loud with me and I simply ask while Henery was whispering to him did you hear him yell. I recently cancelled all of my Verizon services, Wireless and Fios due to overpricing. I was sent to this store by the Verizon representative who processed my cancellation to return the Fios equipment because it is a "Corporate Store". When I got there before I even opened my mouth, I guess they saw the equipment in the bag. A little bug eyed Manager said we do not take it here "this is a wireless store". I went to the Verizon store in salina kansas on 9th St today hoping to get some answers as to why my phone was not working properly. The guy who helped me also had the manager helping him try and figure out what was wrong and how they could help me upgrade to a new phone and plan. Go to other Verizon., make sure it's a corp store. the person that help me was a scammer. I asked if the store was a corp store. She just laughed. I was told that I only had to pay $5.00 and some change more per month. I asked about the upgrade charge on the phone. She said it was included. I received my bill, I was charged. She also told me that all my information transfer to my new phone. My calendar information did not transfer which was very important. Was lost.
