I love Verizon's services, and I love visiting this location (way more organized than Central Park). During my last visit, the salesperson that I worked with was amazing, however what made my experience unpleasant was the manager with the purple hair. She does not know how to speak to customers, and she comes off very rude and condescending.
Great experience, jeramiah and Carrie are by far the best sales associates I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

If I could give a half-star I would. I went there this past Friday to trade my paid-off AT&T iPhone 15 pro max for a 17 pro max. We waited approximately 51 minutes with “two people ahead of us” no one ever acknowledged us — and they weren’t short-staffed. This is hilarious: a tall brown-skinned young male employee strolled-in, with a bag of steaming, hot take-out, and proceeds to chat-up a female customer and her mum (who was ALREADY being assisted by another female employee).
