Customer service rep Rue is outstanding and deserves a manager position one day in her travels. I purchased an Iphone 16 and called the toll free number for setup and the customer service rep spent a couple of hours with me on the phone and could not activate the phone due to SIM card issue. Everything else was done up til that point. i went into the verizon store on patriot highway to see about getting a phone and new service. the minute i walked in Andrew welcomed me in and asked how he could help i explained i needed service and a phone we ran my credit, and it said there was a hold on it. I owed money. I felt so defeated so Andrew called the number we got a representative on the phone, which told me I owed zero balance and they unlocked it at that point I was able to get the service and the new phone that I wanted.
