I had the pleasure of working with Carrie on one day and Korrie on the next while replacing a work phone and a personal phone on back to back visits. Let me just say that they were both extremely professional and more than capable. No offense to Verizon, but both seemed over qualified. I would give zero stars if that was an option. Andy gave my mother a deal on a phone he knew, or should have known, would not end up eligible for trade-in. She is visibly disabled and on a fixed income, and now going to be out a lot of money. Management at this store is a joke. Nobody seems to have any interest in being helpful. This is me being as nice as possible about one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.

I love Verizon's services, and I love visiting this location (way more organized than Central Park). During my last visit, the salesperson that I worked with was amazing, however what made my experience unpleasant was the manager with the purple hair. She does not know how to speak to customers, and she comes off very rude and condescending.

Great experience, jeramiah and Carrie are by far the best sales associates I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with.
