Rue was an outstanding multi-tasker! Even when she was busy with 3 customers, she worked diligently to ensure everything was resolved!
Representative in the store couldn’t assist, and called a customer service line that only works for the sales reps in store. After waiting in line for half an hour in the store, then another 30 minutes on hold after a 15 minute conversation in the store - the issue still couldn’t be resolved. Now I have to try back to the 1-800 line and hope for the best.
The techs at this location are the best! I have been at my wit's end several times when something has gone terribly wrong with my phone. I hand my phone to the tech, and within seconds, they hand it back--problem solved! They should at least make it LOOK like it was hard!
Steff diaz was wonderful from beginning to end. She took care of my issues and helped with finding all my new products for my new phone will most definitely be back to see her
