I just want to take a moment to recognize Rue and Bernard from the Verizon team. They’ve been incredibly helpful throughout a month-long process that, truthfully, wasn’t even their error to fix. Despite that, they showed nothing but patience, kindness, and professionalism the entire way through. Good employees like them are hard to come by, and I truly appreciate the effort they put in. After leaving another Verizon store in the area not satisfied with the customer service my wife and I came here. Jean was polite, helpful and truly understood our needs. We were truly going to cancel all of our services with Verizon because of the interaction we had at another location. We left Jean pleased with our purchase and will make this our new go to in the area. Customers for over 30 years. The store in Central Park needs some customer service training. Thanks Jean and look forward to seeing you again.
