We had a wonderful experience here today. The senior manager was so polite and looked out for every discount possible. Last time we came in earlier in the year to set up the account, we left confused and everything was unclear. Today with her and the help of Jafar too, everything was clear and they were more than willing to help. We did not leave confused and are very greatful of all the perks that she informed us of. Great experience with the staff at the moment.

Very upset with the lack of transparency from this store! I got a new phone in March-- I did not want the latest and greatest, but was told that was what they had in stock. I was told after the fees settled through a couple billing cycles that my payment would only be about $20 more a month. Well in May I received a notice that due to plan change I would be losing a $20 discount. So now my bill will be $40 higher!! No one seemed to know what this was about? Yesterday I went in hoping to get set up as I have been with T-Mobile and have had issues over the past 3 years being overseas. I appreciate Rue and Carrie’s cooperation as they were both able to assist and help me with getting setup with Verizon. I was very impressed with their ability to support as I will continue to be overseas and require an international plan. I do thank both of them and appreciate their professionalism. Great work Verizon!
