So I went to Verizon to see what an upgrade would cost an to get my bill down also to get phones off my bill that I don't have .well the sales person said he could get my bill down an a cheaper monthly payment. Didn't get a receipt so was told my bill would be under 200 an he got me an my daughter alot of discounts . Well Didn't get anything I was told my bill was $380.
