I had an excellent experience at the Verizon store at Destiny USA. Mario worked tirelessly, professionally, and with incredible patience to help me resolve an issue that I had been unable to fix over the phone for the past two days. They stayed with me for nearly two hours, communicating directly with Verizon’s tech support on my behalf and making sure everything was handled correctly. Worst customer experience I have had in a very long time. Came to ask a simple question, was completely ignored for 45 minutes and then told to call an 800 number. Won't be looking for help here anytime soon
Had a great experience today in and out with my new phone in about a half an hour or so. Kiernan was my rep, I may have spelled that wrong but he was very knowledgeable and made it very easy. I told him my issue and he had a no brainer resolution for me.
On October 24, 2025 showed up at 10:45 and they were still closed. Sign and Internet says open at 10 AM. I’m upset.
