Absolute blood suckers. I wouldn't recommend Verizon to my worst enemy. Switched over to US Cellular and I never have to worry coverage issues or paying too much for phone service. Plus, their customer service people actually pick up the phone.
Conner scammed me! He told me I was getting the free iPhone promo and I WAS NOT. He fooled me by saying my bill would go down. Avoid this scam store
These people lie and will add charges to your phone plan
Amanda messed with the wrong phone number when getting my father’s brand new phone installed. Instead she updated the wrong eSIM to the person in California. I am in California and not even a NY resident. You messed with my eSIM and also my father’s eSIM. I had three important meetings and was on a call when it randomly got dropped. I am in the middle of no where. I’ve had no service for over 2 hours. This better be fixed ASAP. Messing up two people’s eSIMs and cellular devices.
