Verizon Wireless has the poorest and slowest service in Macon, GA Ever since I came here, I have had one or maybe two bars.

I'd give Suzanne 5 stars ( the 1 star I'll address later here )for her knowledge and the respect she gave me while i explained my problem, ( and the countless hours on the phone with HP, Kenetic and Verizon ) why I was not connecting to the internet. On the 4th day, I decided to go into a store. Here i met Suzanne. I told her my 3 day history, she asked if I had a VPN. Yes, i installed Proton a few days earlier. She told me to delete it. Wonderful experience! Very nice, professional, and friendly staff. Extremely knowledgeable able to address my every concern and question. I just moved here from Phoenix, AZ and I’m very happy to have had the pleasure of being helped by this store. Thank you kindly to all three staff members at the Macon, Ga Version store, you put a smile on my face and relief in my mind.
