I've never been treated so rudly and poor in a business ever. They refused to give me their business card and turned their name tag over... I guess because I was a insurance claim and wasn't a commission transaction I didn't deserve good customer service... As I told the Verizon customer service rep I had never been treated so bad and had such poor service ever. and he commented now you have..

Nick was insanely helpful and efficient! He cleaned up my bill and helped us get the best deal for upgrades and adding a new line. I think it was probably my best experience with Verizon!
