This Verizon store has excellent service and product support staff who know Apple I-OS and applications While they may seem a little bit young (i.e. the generation who 'invented the internet'): Steve Jobs Steve Wozniak Larry Page Sergy Brin Eric Schultz Bill Gates Most of these guys are in their late 60's or 70's or older Jobs of course is deceased So young people please remember that the internet came from your grandparents
