I wanted to extend my sincere “thanks” for the customer service provided by Mr. Mo Zoure at the 1137 Boardman Road, Verizon Store; on the week of 05Jul26. During my visit, I presented to Mr. Zoure my “antique” iPhone 12 to see if there were any available options as well as any current promotions. Got switched and hooked up on a good deal
Slow employees and they would rather bs with other customers. Currently there is one employee and 5 of us waiting but there was 4 employees when i walked in at 5pm
Double charged my account and it has been a month with no refund and when I call they fill me full of bs, any other company could have had it refunded weeks ago straight trash customer service.
My wife and I had a lot of changes on our account; from personal as well as business accounts, with other carriers involved. Speaking with a manager, they stated we had a lot of things going on and suggested Nick "because he is very knowledgeable". They were spot on! Nick took us through the various options, suggesting the best plans without trying to sell us on something we did not need. His patience and knowledge on the subject matter was greatly welcomed, and we HIGHLY recommend Nick!
