Unprofessional and uncomfortable. Noticed we were being charged for several devices with out of state numbers we never added to our plan. Contacted Verizon and the guy told us he had no idea how we got charged for all of these extra devices no refund just told us he took them off no explanation at all did not know any answers to any of our questions. I went into the Verizon store to pay on my phone bill and they did something to my account and Verizon app which I can no longer access my account through my Verizon app, they created a profile on their computer system made up an address instead of asking me for my address, they had my account pulled up on their computer and still sent a link for access to my account via my phone and did that several times mind you and I don't know exactly what they did but Lord knows I no longer have access to my account via my phone and V... read more
I have never had so many problems with verizon before. First, they wanted to charge $30 to transfer my info from one phone to the next, which new policies whatever. It took me three days to transfer it all. I return my old phone two weeks later and they still tried charging me $400 for it because “they forgot to take it off the bill” WHAT??? will not be returning to this store.
Logan was great, patient and accommodating. Got me in and out of there with everything I needed and saved me in the long run!
