Martin is amazingly helpful and knowledgeable! Also, it is very rare to have a long wait there because they are well staffed.

Terrible customer service and no help or resolutions to any issues over a 6-year period. I had 10 lines for a business and was told they don't even have people to help in the store anymore with the products they sell in the store. I switched everything over to AT&T for half the price that are upgrade options and actual customer service people that will help. Nothing but problems ever since I went with Verizon. AT&T has better rates and we'll buy out your contract
