I thought it was a relatively smooth visit. My wife and I bought new phones. If you've bought cell phones then you know the rest. It seems to get quicker and easier every time.

Zoe is phenomenal. Great fast service, explains everything well, just all around a perfect representation of how the place should be ran! If you go here I'd recommend asking for her!

I've never been treated so rudly and poor in a business ever. They refused to give me their business card and turned their name tag over... I guess because I was a insurance claim and wasn't a commission transaction I didn't deserve good customer service... As I told the Verizon customer service rep I had never been treated so bad and had such poor service ever. and he commented now you have..
