Verison as a company are dishonest. If you are thinking about switching do not do it. Worst 2 yes of owning a mobile phone I ever had. The deals they are trying to swiddle you into are all lies. You will get talked into circles by their customer service spending upward of 2 hrs every time you call. Worst cell company out there! Avoid at all cost!!!!
I will NEVER RECOMMEND OR RETURN I PAY 178$ every month and missed some months so they turned off my account honestly as expected but when I turned it back on they said I owe 317$ and I needed a phone so I paid it but the following month I was told I had to pay another 317$ on a phone I only owe maybe 100$on so they charged me 600.00$ for my phone GO TO AT&T THEY WANT YOUR BUSINESS AND APPRECIATE YOUR BUSINESS.
Went into a Verizon corporate store today (04/01/25) to get customer service on an issue I was having with my trade in. Manager (Kopavi) he stated his name was, and another employee were talking about politics. They argued back and forth about Donald Trump and Russia. It was clear my concerns and my service did not have importance as Trump and Russia. Verizon is a bunch of scam artists says you won't get charged for an upgrade then makes you pay for it and won't let you return the phone to relieve the balance.
