Horrible customer service. I waited almost an hour to have someone work with me. There were plenty of available employees around just chatting. Then I finally get some assistance and she provided no sense of urgency. Did not apologize for my wait. And did not assistance to the best ability.
Went in to exchange our current phones for newer model. We were mer right away by a nice youg man. We were able to order exactly what we wanted and was no pressure to upgrade. That usually never happens! Pleasant experience.
