Cudos to Steve Lam for an excellent experience at the Verizon Store! Steve is a great communicator and knows his stuff! We felt we were in capable hands as we switched from ATT to Verizon and purchased new phones. Ask for Steve - he will take good care of your needs!

Thanks to Daniel (manager) & Edgar (sales associate) my crash out was averted Friday morning! Backstory: the week prior i spoke to a customer service representative via phone because i needed to add a line & wanted to upgrade my phone. Unfortunately, the experience was a disaster. Not only was i on the phone with the rep for over 2 hours, when i attempted to transfer my data to the new phone i discovered that she connected my current phone number to the new line & i was unable to do anything associated with my actual number.... read more

we were at the verizon’s n store on monday. the service was incredible. the care, concern n patience shown to us was over n above. we would recommend verizon n this store to everyone. special call out to allison, daniel, faith n brandy for a wonderful experience and kudos to verizon for having such outstanding employees.

had an outstanding experience at the Verizon store, thanks to Steve and the general manager! From the moment I walked in, they were incredibly helpful and attentive to all of my needs. Steve took the time to explain all the options clearly and answered all of my questions with patience.
