JT was a great help in getting an upgraded phone! It would have been nice to have a greeter instead of just being pushed to the check in tablet, but that seems to be the direction all businesses are headed.

Went into this location at 1pm on Saturday, The entire staff was seated and seemed surprised that actual humans walked into the store. I have been in retail my entire life and would never let my employees, and or managers sit on my sales floor seemingly doing nothing.
