I can’t say enough good things about Chris at Verizon! I went into the store last night because my phone suddenly had a white screen and I had no idea what to do. Chris went above and beyond to help me, even walking me through filing an insurance claim. He was incredibly kind, patient, and never made me feel like I was an inconvenience. I went in yesterday to trade in my old phone and from the moment I walked in Shannon was absolutely wonderful. All the other employees in that store as well were the best. Since I was the only one in there for a while we all talked while waiting on my old phone to update and do its thing. This location was the best and the employees are awesome

Hello- I went to the Mansfield store this afternoon! My phone was horrible. JT was available to assist me with my issue. I found out it was his off day and two of his clients did not show up! I consider it my lucky day!! Thank you JT
