I always go to this location whenever I have issues the most recent was my phone got thrown in the pool and Chris got me last minute not only a replacement but an upgrade and made it so easy to make sure I left with a phone that day 🥰🥰 thank you guys so much 🩵
The employees in the store are great. The company seems to encourage deceptive business practices. They charged me for stuff that I don’t have.
Currently sitting in store. They canceled order then told us to figure it out ourselves. 0 stars. Tmobile called customer service themselves whenever they mess something up.
Chris D went out of his way to help me today. I ordered a new phone for my daughter in college & I became super nervous after the phone would've arrive. UPS kept putting the shipment "on hold" for no reason and wouldn't help me being Verizon shipped it. Verizon said I couldn't cancel it and had to just wait. Chris was able to get someone at Verizon to call UPS to correct the drivers mistake. It was very refreshing to have a young man remain so professional to help me through the mess.
