Helpful staff, I’d rather make an appointment at the Burlington location rather than HaineSport.
Have visited this location on 3 occasions. No one greets you upon arrival. They all either act like they don’t see you or continue helping whoever is there. A simple “Hello, someone will be right with you” goes a long way. On my last visit, I wanted to trade in my phone and purchase a new one. Unfortunately I was given the cold shoulder and no one acknowledged my presence. Aly helped us today tremendously. He helped activate a new phone on our account and found savings for us on our monthly bill. He was very patient and is a super sweet young man.
I traded in my iPhone for an iPhone 16 back in November under a trade in promotion. I should have received a $1000 credit for my phone. The promotion was never added to my account. I continue to be charged monthly for the phone even though I gave them my old phone. I have called customer support at least 6 times and gone into the store twice.
