I really had a good experience. There were three people in front of me, but my phone kept me abreast of when it was my turn and they gave me a very comfortable place to sit where I could be busy doing something and not disturb others. Horrible experience. Waited over a hour on Sunday to be helped. As a new customer with Verizon I was told that I could not be helped with the same promotion that I just signed for 3 days ago. I was offered to add an extra line and phone to my account that I did not need and increase my bill and extra $150 monthly. My reasoning behind my visit was completely disregarded. June 9, 2026...I just left the Mt. Holly store and representative Fagan assisted me. She was excellent 👏 I needed more storage space on my phone and she took the time to explain and show me how to obtain more space, very professional, knowledgeable and very nice. If I can add, the last four days I went to 2 other stores Hainesport and Moorestown and at both stores the representatives were not helpful at all and basically told me that there was nothing that they could do to assist me...it appeared that they were in a hurry t... read more
The entire staff here is friendly and professional. Mauricio and Troy helped me with switching phone carriers, accessories, getting a deal on a new phone and line. They were professional and took the time to explain everything to me and answered all my questions
