Darnell was amazing I helping our family of 7 come back to Verizon. He made the process smooth and easy. Everything was explained in detail and he assured we understand everything. He worked with our entire family in getting the phones transferred, answered all of our questions. Ralph and Mike were equally as amazing, checking in periodically to offer any help if needed. I will NEVER leave Verizon again. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the service we were provided.
