The two employees I talked to here on two different visits were not professional, helpful, competent or friendly. They seemed to want to do the bare minimum. I got nowhere with them after my phone was stolen while on vacation. This is a "corporate store" I believe, and should be setting the highest standards for their CS employees. In stark contrast, I got excellent A++ service from Cellular Sales at the Mall, which is a franchise store.
B was so helpful, she was friendly and professional. Answered all my questions and even though it was busy, she didn’t make me feel rushed or pressured. Walked out with a new phone!
I got a number of phone calls that do not declare that actually to put it bluntly violate caller ID and have no right to call me in the first place if that's what they are trying to do.
