I am genuinely surprised this location is still in business. Over the years, the level of professionalism has not improved, and they continue to engage in deceptive practices. Extremely disappointed with the ongoing lack of ethics from the staff here.
Luis was very helpful with my family's move from T-mobile after being with them for 12 years. He was able to answer all our questions and help reassure us of the process and billing. With his help we were all able to pick the right phones that worked best for us.
