They made it seem like we were there to waste their time and we were bothering them. They were arrogant and left with the issue unresolved will not be coming back made feel like wanting to switch back to my old cellphone provider.

Michael provided excellent service while helping me switch all my lines from T-Mobile to Verizon. What truly stood out was his dedication—he stayed in touch with me via text even while he was on vacation to ensure I received all the credits that were promised. Please do not use Mike as your rep. I visited the Verizon store in Richmond, TX to renew my services after speaking with a customer service representative who advised me that I could complete the process in-store. Michael is the only reason why I am giving this store a 5 star review I initially had a terrible experience with the first representative that I spoke with. When I called this location. They did not sound helpful and gave me conflicting information versus what I was emailed after my order was placed. Do NOT waste your time going to this location (Aliana). An update to my earlier review: I went back for the FOURTH time, fully prepared to terminate my Verizon service if I was turned away again.
