Michael Aq. was incredibly helpful over text-messages and even more so at my in-person appointment to add my MIL to my current phone plan. He was informative, friendly, and very comfortable to work with. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and even gave me information about adding home Internet to my plan. He was incredibly clear with all of the financial information and I hope to be able to work with him in the future.
After multiple attempts working through Verizon customer support, I decided to visit the Verizon store in Aliana in Richmond for help with my Apple Watch and transitioning it to a standalone device. I had been dealing with this issue for several days and was getting pretty frustrated when nothing seemed to be working.
