The customer service at the Murphy Texas Verizon Store I received today was exceptional. Josh was incredibly friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout my visit. Additionally, the rest of the team—Tamika, Bobby, and Victor—were very friendly & professional and stepped in to assist Josh to ensure a seamless experience. We were very impressed with the team's coordination and will certainly return to this store for our future needs.
