We were greeted by Bobby G at the Verizon Murphy location , wife was not looking forward to doing an upgrade , Bobby did a great job in listening to our needs and showed us the options we had in completing the way overdue upgrade of my wife’s I Phone XR , Bobby is truly a asset to the Murphy location if you need a phone upgrade or assistance with your phone I highly recommend going to the Murphy location .
Fast friendly knowledgeable service from start to finish. Good selection of gear. Great experience all around.

Very very VERY rude customer service by Marquinette Holmes. Pretty much told my husband and I that our situation wasn’t her problem and to call customer service after we already had.
