Very very VERY rude customer service by Marquinette Holmes. Pretty much told my husband and I that our situation wasn’t her problem and to call customer service after we already had.
Love this location! Staff is almost always helpful and friendly. Today (May 3) Bobby did an excellent job in assisting me with my new iPhone purchase! Overall great service. My brother has also purchased his iPhone at this location and was completely satisfied with their service and friendliness.
