I had an excellent experience with Josh at Verizon. He provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. Josh was professional, patient, and very knowledgeable. The employees seem to want to help you, but after making 2 absolutely unnecessary trips they finally told me that they want to put my under review. Most likely so they wouldn’t have to stay late to help me. They lack the knowledge of their own job and couldn’t care less about their customers. Thanks for nothing.
