The Verizon Agent in chat is refusing to help me with my internet issue after they told me my Internet Service was hacked. Verizon told me I was a victim of unauthorized MAC Bridging and IP Address Hijacking. All of my search results are coming back to the hackers location at El Prado Estates RV Park in Yuma, AZ. Verizon will not cooperate with Law Enforcement to stop the person hacking Verizon customers.
We experienced wonderful customer service at the Pearl City/Pearl Highlands Center and would like to specifically thank Regina, Michael "Bazz", and Joel for their professionalism, courtesy, graciousness, and expertise. I went to the Pearl Highlands Store and they tried to sell me a new plan. They said I was eligible for a new phone. When I looked at the proposal, my monthly bill would have been double the amount. They were pushing me to a new plan. I later called customer service and they said that’s bullshit. You can keep your plan, get credit for my new phones and my monthly bill would be only slightly higher.
They got my account closed, went to them for help with something and it ended up getting my account closed. Customer service won't answer my calls or emails. Lost the only number I ever had.
