Representative was tenacious in bringing about the right outcome, and she spent lots of her time helping me. She is a valued employee for Verizon.
No explanation, difficult to work with, takes forever to get seen. Very upsetting.

Edit 3/20/25 Upgraded my phone today, Christopher made things nice and simple. I've been with Verizon for a few months, last night was my 2nd visit to this store. Both visits ended in a positive note. First visit I just needed a sim card, which I was able to get and be on my way after a few minutes. I decided to upgrade my phone last night and had a few trade ins towards the new phone & deciding on what to do from there.
