Terrible staff, the Manager Tiffany is very unprofessional. I called twice asking to speak to the manager and she never returned my calls.
I recently got a new phone, and this store was great! All the employees were friendly and helpful. Jason helped me get a new phone and made sure I got a trade-in credit for my old phone, he was efficient, patient, and knowledgeable. I had a great experience.
Purchased 3 phones last spring and was told about an add a line- bring your own device free promo. Against my better judgement, I agreed. To this day this billing has been incorrect, charging me for the line! I made numerous trips to the store for help. They assist me and call the customer service line for assistance. We thought it was fixed after a few months, but I recently discovered it had not been. The store tries to help, but the customer service department they work with keeps screwing this up!!
