Terrible. Waited 15 min for some employee to stand there on her phone texting. I do not care if you are doing work on your phone go in the back office to take care of it. Or get off your phone.

The staff is completely incompetent and rude. We spent 30 minutes waiting the first time while a girl named Celeste, who claims to be a manager, sat there and did not offer to help us. The man that did eventually help us spent a half an hour “unlocking our phones“. We then drove another 20 minutes to AT&T and spent 30 minutes with them just to find out our phones were not in fact unlocked. Don't waste your time. Got to the store at 630, and they told us they didn't have time to do a simple upgrade to one of our phones because they closed at 7. We already knew what phone we wanted. There were two employees standing around with nothing to do and only one other customer in the store who was already working with another employee. They're just lazy. Go to the contracted locations instead.

This Verizon location added an unauthorized charge to my account and told me they could reimburse 5 months when only one month was actually credited back. After getting the runaround multiple times trying to correct the issue, I’m done wasting my time. Disappointing experience and poor follow-through. Trust is important when dealing with something as essential as a phone plan, and unfortunately, this store has lost mine.
