Got me in and out in a timely manner
Update: I am giving two stars back from my original one star review because when I went in today, James helped me again, and this time nothing unprofessional occurred. I am much happier than my previous experience. The locker outside the building would not open to give me my purchase. I went inside and talked to James about it. Website was malfunctioning so I could not make an appointment. I stopped in and I was told I was lucky because there was only one group ahead of me. I waited over an hour. The worker came over and told me about a bunch of special offers instead of helping me. The place cleared out, but no one has helped me. Other people have come in and been helped. Maybe they had appointments. They went from like 6 workers to 2. They just seem disorganized and disinterested in my business.
