Unfortunately my experience wasn’t the best as the worker who helped us upgrade and start a new plan was careless when transferring my old phone data to my new phone and now I’ve lost the entire last year of photos and there’s no way to get them back. I wouldn’t recommend this location at all. Don’t bother making an appointment, it’s completely pointless. You’ll still sit around for an hour while the staff pretends time isn’t real. One employee even had the nerve to tell us, “next time check in and you won’t have to wait”… despite the fact that we did check in. To make matters worse, the person who “helped” us couldn’t have cared less. Completely unhelpful, zero initiative, and absolutely no interest in finding a solution. Bought my last 3 phones direct from Samsung. This purchased over a week ago is a Verizon phone. No Visual Voicemail even though I signed up for it. I have an open ticket for this issue. Even going through My Verizon and trying to add the service whether the premium or free version generates an error message.
