I had an issue receiving landline calls. Malika, almost immediately, identified the problem and corrected it. Then she told me about Verizon internet. By changing from my tv company, my internet went from $68 to $19 a month. Then she setup Google cloud for me for only about $10 and with all the changes I made, I earned a $100 Amazon gift card. I love Verizon! And Malika is a superstar!!!
The incompetence shown by the representative here and the manager is outstanding. Not only did they force me to have to reiterate the grievances and issues that I was having on multiple occasions because they were not listening they were unwilling to help. In August, 2024 I walked into the Verizon location in front of Treasure Coast Mall to cancel my entire service. I requested a payoff of everything. The employee I was dealing with was new and had to constantly ask for help. I paid them almost $800 and assumed my plan was cancelled. I used my checking account as the payment plan and did not realize they were taking payments under a linked account and not my primary account. Caleb was so very helpful, kind, knowledgeable and efficient and helped us so much.
At all cost go to any other service. They may say they have cheap prices but it is not real they add so many extra charges on top of that horable customer service the only thing worst than their personal phone line is the wifi the wifi goes down every other week and has hidden fees. If you try and cancel they wont do it they will keep charging you
