After being long-term T-Mobile customers we got pushed away by their lack of service. I came into the store and it was a breath of fresh air with smiles and hellos greeting us. Wish helped us out on number I needed to compare the products she was very patient and kind. The manager Rameez at the store is unbelievable also he needs to be in charge of a whole region. I have nothing but absolutely amazing things to say about the store in Stuart/Jensen Beach! I had to go there a couple of days in a row (my fault/not theirs) and the customer service I received from Simon was above and beyond! Not only was he kind, polite, and patient with my multiple questions, he was a total pro! There wasn’t one thing that he couldn’t do. He had solutions for everything and I walked out as a very happy customer. Thanks Simon!!
Terrible service
Carson Harris at the Stuart se federal highway store was great. He not only fixed the problem quickly but took the time to show me how to correct apps and make the changes I wanted. He is is worth 5 stars
