My wife an I went to the Verizon store to upgrade our phones. I'd been to knock off brand Verizon stores previously and been ripped off and taken advantage of. So, I wanted a real Verizon store. Patrick was amazing. I felt he was fair, honest and very easy to work with. He took his time and helped us make the best decision possible. I didn't feel like I was just another person for him to make a buck off of. Highly suggest this store and ask for Patrick.

My husband and I went in to this Verizon store on a Sunday and Matheus Gomes was the salesperson who took care of us. He was great! Friendly, competent, and skilled. The process took longer than any of us expected due to an Apple glitch, but Matheus stayed working at it until the transfers for our new phones were complete and he made himself available if we needed anything else.
