They informed me that I could not use my out-of-country passport as a form of identification. However, when I visited the Verizon store in Fairborn, Ohio the agent was able to assist me, as my passport issued outside of the U.S. was accepted as valid identification. They need better training on which forms of identification they can and cannot accept. That lack of clarity is how they end up losing customers.

Didn't want to sell me a phone because I wasn't positive I wanted to keep Verizon, even though I was clear if I didn't stay I would pay it off in full. Bad experience, I would suggest skipping this one!

Worst service I've ever experienced. Line to door. No greetings. Infront of everyone loud enough for them to hear talked about my credit and how I can't financing and 4 years or service thru Verizon. Real treat of a human being. Zero stars. Do not recommend
