Great experience at Verizon on East National Road today. Cody was a great person to do buisness with. He helped me in every way possible. This will be the only cellular store I will ever use from now on. GREAT SURVICE AND DEALS!!!
We left them after 20 years. We tried to go and upgrade for like the first time in 5 years. And asked them if we could lower our bill and what we could do to lower our bill. And they tried to raise it by $20. And then, the manager, he told them to just let us go. Don't worry about them. The management at the Springfield Verizon story is total trash and Verizon is trash. You all need to work on your customer service or else your nor going to have any customers.
Matt was awesome! Great customer service. Very knowledgeable and definitely for the customer, but good enough that i can guarantee he’s doing right be Verizon too.
