Worst service I've ever experienced. Line to door. No greetings. Infront of everyone loud enough for them to hear talked about my credit and how I can't financing and 4 years or service thru Verizon. Real treat of a human being. Zero stars. Do not recommend
Not at all I pressed with what my fiancé and I went through as we spoke with customer service about switching my service from T-Mobile to Verizon and getting on his plan, per our phone conversation everything was great we advised we would rather go into the store to retrieve my phone instead of waiting for shipment. When we got to the store we were told a completely different story. Tonight my 78 year old mother was asked to return with her deceased husband’s death certificate and she could get the account changed over and a new phone. When she returned to the store they said we can’t help you go home and call this number for assistance. As she headed home the Verizon store turned her current phone off. Deactivated the only phone she has. They called the number and the number said go back to the store they should help you. They returned to the store and they were rude yelling at 78 year old woman.
