Wow some really slow people work here. You walk in and they don’t greet you. The heavy set black girl with short hair just takes her sweet time doing nothing the same with the tall Latino boy with long hair. Useless.
My phone was a mess. Went to the Verizon store at creekside and Keana fixed everything. Patient and helpful
Worst experience! Got my phone in February and got charged a phone bill the same month and was told my bill would be 120 & it’s almost 200$
