We had the worst sales rep on last Sunday . My dad wanted to buy his new phone but the rep wouldn’t let him . He looked so uninterested in actually listening to my dad never had a bad experience but last Sunday was the first time .
Employees seem unconcerned with customer service once they sell you a device. I waited 20 minutes for someone to speak with me and not a soul even said a thing. This type of customer service is pathetic. Also, the deals in store are usually nowhere near as good as the ones online. I got screwed on trade in value because of it. Just a heads up to anyone needing VZ services. Go online.
I guess when it comes to the worker at Verizon telling me the bill would be hooked up to autopay I guess he was just blowing hot air.
Friendly and professional
Workers were friendly, but that's the only compliment I can give. I was there about two weeks ago to trade in and upgrade my phone because I was eligible for the $1000 promotion, and I found out the promotions were entered incorrectly. Now Verizon expects me to drive two hours away to fix the problems that were never caused by myself. I was there on vacation, so I decided to upgrade my phone there. Now I'm the one who has to deal with the issues that I never caused.
